Community Partners 2016 Exclusive Sponsorship Program
The Erwin Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to extend to its respective service areas a new
sponsorship program designed to increase your visibility within the community by providing its
sponsors with maximum exposure, increased value and the convenience of a onetime
enrollment that will cover the numerous events hosted and promoted by the Chamber each
year.
The Chamber Champions Sponsorship Program is a program that is utilized by Chambers across
the country. This program will place you and your business in the spotlight of the Chamber’s
main events in 2016 with recognition at numerous Chamber events as well as on the Chamber
website, the Chamber Newsletter, free vendor spaces and free tickets to the Annual Banquet.
The Goals and Objectives of the Chamber Champion Program will be to…
1. Promote Chamber members, expand involvement and exposure and provide more value
for your investment
2. Provide members with opportunities and investments in advance with defined
sponsorship options
3. Provide foundation funding for the Chamber’s programs and events annually without
multiple funding requests.
4. Provide the Chamber with annual revenue to identify dollars in advance for the purpose
of budget planning
5. To fund the Chamber’s community events and marketing efforts that brings revenue
and visitors to the local town and businesses.

**Sponsorship Recognition: All Platinum Level through Silver Level Sponsors will be
acknowledged at each of the Events listed above and on all promotional materials (printed and
electronic) and all associated signage.
Payment Arrangements
Full Payment received at the time of Sponsorship Commitment will receive an
additional 10% discount from the cost listed.
Quarterly Installment payment arrangements will be accepted for annual
sponsorship elections subject to board approval for any Community Partner
Package selected.( No additional discounts will be available for Quarterly payment
arrangements).
No refunds will be issued on any level of sponsorship packages.
Sponsors joining after the beginning of the calendar year
Late additions to the Community Partners Sponsorship Program will be charged on
a monthly prorated basis depending on the number of months remaining in the
calendar year.
