Lifetrack Therapy, founded by the Japanese-educated psychiatrist Yukio Ishizuka, is a new personality model and therapy based on universal spheres of psychological health.Ishizuka's willingness to learn from his patients, as well as his exposure to the East, He draws from the principles of both Zen Buddhism and quantum mechanics in his method of treatment.Ishizuka developed Lifetrack therapy, an approach and methodology to help his patients experience psychological health.
