... zones. It has been optimized for wideband communications and radar applications. It has excellent spurious and noise performance and can be used for synthesis of wideband signals in the frequency range from DC to more than 2GHz. The 2.3Gsps update rate allows digital generation of signals with more ...

... With 0.5 A flowing in R3, the voltage across R3 must be 5 V (Ohm’s Law). The voltage across R1 must therefore be 10 volts (KVL) and the voltage across R2 must be 8 volts (KVL). Solving for the currents in R1 and R2 will verify that the solution agrees with KCL. IR1 = 0.1 A and IR2 = 0.4 A ...

Dimming Electronic Transformers Explained
Dimming Electronic Transformers Explained

... All electronic devices must be tested and approved to current RFI (radio frequency interference) standards. However, electronic transformers are not required to be tested while being dimmed. If an electronic transformer is dimmed incorrectly, this can lead to increased RFI. Interference may be exper ...

Valve RF amplifier

A valve RF amplifier (UK and Aus.) or tube amplifier (U.S.), is a device for electrically amplifying the power of an electrical radio frequency signal.Low to medium power valve amplifiers for frequencies below the microwaves were largely replaced by solid state amplifiers during the 1960s and 1970s, initially for receivers and low power stages of transmitters, transmitter output stages switching to transistors somewhat later. Specially constructed valves are still in use for very high power transmitters, although rarely in new designs.
