First Aid Supplies For Each BOB
**Either purchase a pre-built kit or build your own**

Antibiotic Ointment and Antiseptic wipes
Bandaids – different sizes
Sterile gauze pad or rolled gauze and adhesive roll tape
Painkillers such as Ibuprofen or Tylenol – be sure you have packed the correct
dosage for the age of the BOB owner.
5. Aspirin is a good addition for anyone that may have heart issues as well.
6. Antacids and diarrhea medicines
7. Benadryl for itching and anti-itch cream
8. Cough drops
9. Eye drops – it is likely there will be quite a bit of dust in the air
10. Eye protection
11. Medical gloves for administering first aid to someone else
12. Any prescription medications needed for each individual. This would include an
Epipen for any allergies or glucose if you have diabetes. Again, be sure to date
expirations.

Elastic bandages to wrap a sprained ankle or wrist for example
Scissors and tweezers
Thermometer
Travel size bottle of hydrogen peroxide
Burn gel pads like this one to use if someone gets minor burns in a fire
Sting relief pads
Syrup of Ipecac (only use if directed by Poison Control)
Instant ice pack to keep any swelling down after an injury
CPR mask – you never know when you will need to administer CPR to
someone.
