Job purpose
1.1
Provide marketing administration support and services to help improve our
communication with internal and external customers and meet our growth targets .
2.
Key responsibilities
2.1
Help to maintain the Radian suite of websites
2.2
Help to maintain and update pages on Radian’s intranet
2.3
Support PR managed events by:
2.4
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the following
processes:



2.5
Order processing – raising purchase order requisitions, processing invoices,
responding to payment queries and disputes
Research and ensure the best value of purchased goods and items
Manage tender (new business) processes undertaken by the PR & Marketing
department
Provide support in the creation of internal publications and materials that support
employee awareness, involvement and engagement within Radian. Support to be
given by:
 Researching, designing and writing material
 Proof reading and amending hard and soft copy
 Supporting the distribution of publications across the company

Support the development of core materials such as web pages, e-marketing,
brochures, leaflets, magazines and other marketing collateral to support our
communication and customer acquisition strategies.

Help to manage relationships with third party agencies

Using existing brand guidelines, ensure that we speak with a clear, distinctive and
consistent voice across all digital platforms
2.9
Provide support for key communications initiatives and events
2.10
Play an integral part of the Social Media Panel; to regularly contribute, monitor and
maintain our social media channels in line with our policy.
