Living Systems Test
January 12th
Students should know the definitions for the following words:
Cell, cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, classification, kingdoms,
vascular, nonvascular, vertebrates and invertebrates
They will need to be able to look at the pictures of a plant and animal
cell and label the parts. They should also be able to tell the difference
between the two types of cells.
They need to know the characteristics of vertebrates and
invertebrates.
They should be able to look at pictures of vascular and nonvascular
plants and tell which is which.
They should be able to explain how an animal’s adaptations help it
survive in it’s environment
I have seen the study guide and I am aware of the test on
