COUNCIL
Hundred and Fifty-fourth Session
Rome, 30 May - 3 June 2016
Report of the 102nd Session of the Committee on Constitutional and
Legal Matters (14-16 March 2016)
Corrigendum
Paragraph 10 is amended and deletions are indicated using strikethrough, insertions using underlined
italics, as follows:
10.
The CCLM considered, in light of the criteria applied over the years on the matter, that the
proposed amendments did not involve new obligations for DLCCWR Members. It also noted that,
pursuant to Article XVI, paragraph 3 of the Agreement, the amendments would take effect from the
date of the approval by the DLCCWR, during its forthcoming session in July 2016 next extraordinary
session (Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, 30 January 2017), subject to the approval of the FAO Council.
