Andreea Marin
He is a Romanian singer and musician. He comes from a
family of artists. He represented Romania at
the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 held in Athens,
Greece, with the song "Tornero". Since that competition
the song has been broadcast in over 30 countries in
Europe.
They concluded that Mihai Trăistariu is the only man in
the world who has a vocal range of 5 octaves and a third.
So far only approved record belongs to singer Mariah
Carey: 5 octaves and a half. In 1998 he played in the
boy-band Valahia, then began a solo career.
He taught singing at the Academy of Stars STARSCOOL in Bucharest. He also serves as the
singing teacher for the finalists of the biggest Romanian
music festival competition, called "Mamaia Festival".
He is one of the few male singers in the world that
has a five-octave range, earning him the nickname
"the male Mariah Carey. His highest recorded note
was an astonishing live D♯7 (2492 Hz), which he
sang when invited to a TV show. Mihai was tested
and certified by a specialists in a famous Guinness
Book TV Show.
She represented Romania in the
Eurovision Song Contest 2010,
with Ovidiu Cernăuțeanu, with the
song "Playing with Fire". They
finished third in the final.
Paula Seling is a Romanian singersongwriter, composer, record
producer, musician, TV
personality,entertainer, radio DJ,
occasional actress, and a coach from
television music competition franchise X
Factor, Season 1. She has released
more than thirteen albums (including
three Christmas albums) and over
twenty singles, including two top-ten hits
in the Romanian Top 100 and a minor
European hit which entered the charts
in Finland and Norway, as well as
the UK Singles Chart. Paula provided
the Romanian doubling in Cars 2,
for Holley Shiftwell.
Andreea Marin is Romanian televison
presenter.She majored in Journalism, Public
Relations & Advertisement, Computer
Programming and Mathematics & Physics during
her college years. She debuted in 1994 at TVR
Iasi as MC.Her involvement within the
Romanian media seems to have directly
contributed to her selection as the most
successful female media person in the country.
On 2 December 2006, Marin Bănică hosted the 2006
Junior Eurovision Song Contest.She also presented
the Romanian votes at the 2000, 2004, 2006, and 2007
Eurovision finals.Since 1999, she has hosted and
directed "Surprises, Surprises", a long-running show
about life stories involving disabled people, people
without money, and people with relatives gone away,
broadcast on TVR 1.Marin is the communications
director of Madrid-based Prime Tme World Broadcast,
and the editorial director of the Romanian version of
Business Women Magazine. Marin Banica is also the
only Romanian Unicef Goodwill Ambasador.
