1. Describe the importance of communication
- Importance of communication is that it connects people in workplaces and
educational institutions. It also works as a supplement for other communication
channels and support for diverse interpersonal and group interactions and activities.

3. Explain these terms:
a) One-to-one communication
- It occurs when one person speaks with or writes to another individual. It happen
when a care professional meets with a person who has health worries or personal
concern such as during a doctor to patient appointment.
-example is when care professional meet with partners, relatives or friends of
people receiving care.
b) One-to-many communication
- Adviser can communicate with many clients simultaneously. It has becoming more
important and are increasingly used because they have a wide reach and are on
efficient means of maintaining contact with clients. One-to-many communications
channels most preferred across all generations such as newsletter, blogs and social
media. This is the traditional advertising model where marketers blast out a
promotional messages. The messages goes in one direction. In most cases, it’s
difficult to determine whether the audience actually receives the messages.
4. State 3 tips for an effective communication
3 tips in order to have an effective communication is:- demonstrates reliability.

6. Describe how to be an effective team player in online forums
Must have the characteristics of an effective team player. Demonstrate reliability, who
gets work done and does his fair share to work hard and meet commitments.
Communicate constructively, need to speak up and express their thouhts and ideas
clearly. Listen actively, can absorb, understand, and consider ideas and points of view
from other people without debating and arguing every points. Functions as an active
participant. Shares openly and willingly. Exhibits flexbility, can adapt to everchanging
situations. Works as a problem-solver. Treats others in a respectful and supportive
manner. Shows commitment to forum.
7. Explain why certain post have to be blocked by the administrator.
There are a few reason why certain post have to be blocked by the
administrator. Firstly, it is because the post is using all caps or all bold because it is
equivalent to yelling on an internet forum. They also might psting extremely long
forum posts on a regular basis. Other than that, the forum participants also might using
repeating points that have alreasy been discussed in depth. Next, the partcipants might
“hijack” the forum threads because they might not stay on the topic and go far away
from teh current line of conversation. The participants also done derogatory remarks
about their fellow forum participants. To add more, the administratot might block the
post because they are using derogatory remarks about the website, website staff, etc.
