What to include: • Production Photos. We want to see the productions you have worked on. • A variety of types of art work…not just theatrical design, drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics… You don’t have to a include all of these, but variety is good. • Some drawing is always good to include, as it is such a basic, foundational skill. We can tell a lot about one’s potential just by seeing their drawings. • Any paper work… mic plot, properties list , light plots. • You might also bring a sketchbook. We like to see your creative, inspirations, ideas, and how you think. How many pieces to include: • 10 or so works are enough, but you could include more, if you have it. Fewer works is also acceptable. • Make sure it is your best work. Don’t put 10 pieces in your portfolio if only 5 are really nice works. How to present it: • Photos can be in a photos album or presented digitally. You will need to provide a devise to show a digital Portfolio. • You may bring in the original art work however photography of your work is acceptable. • Present your works in some sort of portfolio. It doesn’t have to be a large expensive leather portfolio. Things we might ask you: -‐ Do have ideas about career plans? -‐ Do you have a favorite production ?
