Read the following text in English and

Every year, on my birthday, I invite all my
friends to my house. We watch a movies together
and we eat pizza and ice cream.

‫‪or it happens usually.‬‬
‫בעברית‪ ,‬יש צורה אחת של הפועל שבה מביעים את ההווה‪.‬‬
‫המשפט ‪ :‬אני מזמין אותם לחגוג איתי‪.‬‬
‫יכול לספר ‪ -‬על מה שאני עושה בדרך‪-‬כלל‪,‬‬
‫או ‪ -‬על מה שאני עושה כעת‪.‬‬
‫נוכל להבדיל בין שני המצבים רק מתוך הכרת המצב‬
‫או בעזרת ביטויי זמן‪ ,‬כמו‪ :‬עכשיו‪ ,‬כל שנה‪...‬‬
Why is there more than
one present?(2)
In English, there are several ways to express a
specific action in the present.
One of these forms is called Present Progressive.
When an action takes place at this moment
we use the Present Progressive.
