What is Islam ?
The religion of Islam is the
complete acceptance of and
obedience to the Allah which he
revealed to his prophet
Some Basics Islamic Beliefs :
1- Belief in “ Allah “ :
Muslims believe in one unique •
God , who has no son nor
partner , and that none has the
right to be worshipped but him
alone .
2- Belief in Angels:
Muslims believe in angels & that they are
honored creatures . They worship Allah alone , obey him
& act only by his command .
Among the angels is Gabriel , who brought down the
Quran to Muhammad
“ peace be upon him “
3- Belief in Gods Revealed Books :
Muslims believe that Allah revealed •
books to his messengers as proof for
mankind & as guidance for them .Among
these books is the Quran , which Allah
revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.
4-Belief in the Prophets & Messengers of
Allah :
Muslims believe in the prophets &messengers of •
Allah , starting with Adam , including Noah ,
Abraham , Ismael , Isaac , Jacob , Moses , & Jesus . (
peace be upon them ) . Muslims believe that
Muhammad is the last prophet sent by Allah .
5- Belief in the Day of Judgment :
Muslims believe in the Day of Judgment •
when all people will be resurrected for
Allah's judgment according to their
belifs & deeds .
6- Belief in Al-Qadar :
Muslims believe in Al – Qadar, which is •
Diving Predestination , but this belief does
not mean that human beings do not have
freewill . This means that they can choose
right or wrong & that they are responsible
for their choices .
