Nalanda financial information
The cost of the Nalanda two-week residential program is $1,000 which
is decreased by an automatic $500 subsidy from the Office of the
Provost for up to 15 Smith College students. Smith College students in
need of additional aid can apply directly to the Barre Center for
Buddhist Studies with the understanding that it is not guaranteed and
will be based on availability. The program is open to general
admission. Depending on the number of applications from students
from other schools, subsidized spots for Smith College students may
no longer be available.
