TEXAS TECH POLICE DEPARTMENT SUMMARY OF DAILY REPORTS Date: October 31, 2013 TIME UNIT REMARKS SHIFT 1 0828 TTPD 0956 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer documented a medical, which occurred in the Agricultural Sciences Building. A Student was feeling dizzy. The student was transported to University Medical Center Emergency Room by Emergency Medical Services. See incident report # 13-1648. A Texas Tech Officer investigated theft, which occurred in Bledsoe Residence Hall. A HTC cell phone was taken. See offense report # 13-1649. Entry written by Sergeant R. SHIFT 2 1554 TTPD 1714 TTPD 1715 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer investigated a traffic accident, without injuries, which occurred at the 1800 block of Boston Avenue. See state accident report #13-1650 A Texas Tech Officer documented a medical, which occurred in Hulen Residence Hall. A student became light headed and passed out. The student was transported to the University Medical Center Emergency Room by Emergency Medical Services. See incident report #13-1651. A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for possession of marijuana and a second student for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, which occurred in Murdough Residence Hall, following the report of a suspicious odor in the hallway. Both students were booked into the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report #13-1652. Entry written by Corporal J. Radle on October 31, 2013 at 2200 hours SHIFT 3 2249 TTPD 0158 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer documented damaged property, which occurred at an unknown location. The driver of a vehicle had front right damage and it is unknown if the damage occurred on Texas Tech University property. See incident report # 13-1653. A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for public intoxication and evading arrest or detention. Another student was also arrested for public intoxication, evading arrest or detention, resisting arrest. The second student was also charged for assault, which occurred in the Z4M parking lot. The student shoved a student Community Advisor. The student Community Advisor stated that he did not want to pursue criminal charges. Both students were transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
