ABSTRACT:
Human Resources and reliable quality are needed to achieve the goals of the organization in order to be able to compete
optimally. In this case, the world of education has a big responsibility, especially in preparing the resilient human
resources so as to live in harmony within the change itself. Education is a long-term investment results can not be seen
and felt instantly, so the school as the cutting edge of the field must have a long- term direction of development
achievements with clear stages and still accommodate the demands of the present factual issues that exist in society. The
purpose of this research is to know how the influence leadership, communication, motivation, career development, and
job promotion on performance teachers in Canaan Christian School Jakarta (CNN School). The methods which is used
in the research is descriptive and causality. Respondents involved in this study as many 51 people. The data collection
is done by spreading questionnaire and the method for the data analysis in this research is regression which are simple
regression. The result on this research is leadership, communication, motivation, career development, and job
promotion have positive influence to performance teachers individually and simultaneously, all the independent variable
are have influence to dependent variable performance teachers.
