Profile – Dean Wasylyk Office: 416-690-9598 Email: [email protected] Dean possess a unique, hybrid skill set developed through 18 years of sales, marketing and technology experience. Relevant CRM experience: Ø Sales & Marketing: • 5 years Sales and Marketing experience in the information technology industry (Changepoint, SHL Systemhouse, EDS, Bull Information Systems). Areas of expertise are the sale and marketing of enterprise business applications and technology infrastructure. Ø CRM Project Experience: • WayPoint Consulting: As an independent consultant, Dean is currently engaged in a CRM consulting assignment at an Ontario Credit Union. In collaboration with the customer’s executive staff, Dean has helped crystalise a corporate “Vision” and establish their enterprise goals. An enterprise assessment is currently underway. Once this assessment is complete, the following activities have been planned: • New Strategies / New Departmental Roles & Responsibilities • Customer Segmentation / Value Alignment / Market Positioning. • Workflow Analysis / Process Re-Engineering • Tending Process (produce RFP, evaluate vendor responses) • Project Management (oversee implementation of selected solution, or enhancement of existing system(s)) • Changepoint. As a Sales Director at Changepoint, Dean has helped define a sales, marketing and customer support business strategy and business design. He has managed sales and tele-marketing staff. Implemented CRM technology in support of sales and marketing operation. Included the implementation a of centralized “contact centre” staffed by “Sales Development Associates”. Created performance based compensation plans that contributed to reaching the goal of a customer centric, high performance operation. The reengineered business process and CRM solution provided positive business results in the form of increased sales lead production, shorten sales cycle, higher prospect to customer conversion and lower administrative costs. Ø Project Management. Dean has 5 years project management experience (EDS, SHL Systemhouse). He was responsible for delivering complex information technology solutions on budget, on time and in scope.
