Customers wishing to sell Matouk products online must complete a Wholesale Application in addition to a Web Retail
Application. Acceptance as a bricks and mortar wholesale account does not include permission to sell Matouk online.
Approval to sell Matouk products is based on the acceptance and approval of the Web Retailing Application and is
reviewed annually.

• Website must meet brand/aesthetic standards for Matouk
• Customers approved for web retailing may use Matouk photography for their website and advertisements with
written authorization. Matouk reserves the right to demand the removal of any Matouk photography from any
website if we feel the presentation is not consistent with the Matouk brand message. Approved web retailers can
email [email protected] to request images. Images should not be copied from Matouk.com under
any circumstances.
• Customers may not display merchandise on their website that they do not stock in their store.
• Customers who display Matouk product on the internet are required to use the current Matouk image, as well as
current suggested retail price (MSRP). Discounting of Matouk product on the internet is strictly forbidden without
express written authorization from Matouk.
• Customers are allowed to promote an online sale for Matouk products up to 20% off MSRP on the following dates
only. Other site-wide promotions or discount codes that are applicable outside of these dates must exclude Matouk
products.

• Customers may not ‘syndicate’ or redistribute their online offerings through Amazon, eBay, Gilt or any other 3rd party
ecommerce or flash sale site.
• The web-retailing agreement is reviewed annually and may be terminated at any time.
• This agreement is reviewed annually. Matouk reserves the right to close the account of any retailer that violates our
policies for doing business on the internet at any time.
