Inhalte – Erster Teil der Schmerzschulung
1. Informationen zur „Deutschen Gesellschaft für Schmerzmedizin“ und der „Deutschen Schmerzliga“ Die Versorgungssituation des Schmerzpatienten in
Deutschland,
2. Grundlagen Schmerz (1)
Definition (akut vs. chronisch, etc.), Strukturen des nozizeptiven Systems, endogende Schmerzkontrollmechanismen, Pathophysiologie akuter vs.
chronischer Schmerzen.
3. Grundlagen Schmerz (2) Epidemiologie, Klassifikation, Schmerz als Symptom vs. Schmerz als Krankheit, bio-psycho-soziales Krankheitsmodell,
Begleiterscheinungen, Ko-Morbidität, etc.
4. Differenzialdiagnostik
Anamnese/ Diagnostik, Verlauf, Chronifizierungsrisiken, Grundlagen der Prävention und Therapie akuter/chronischer Schmerzen, Schmerzmessung,
Selbstauskunfts-instrumente, etc.
5. Ziele der (medikamentösen) Schmerztherapie Schmerzlinderung, Funktionsverbesserung, Teilhabe an den Aktivitäten des (all)täglichen Lebens,
Lebensqualität, individuelle Behandlungsziele, etc.
6. Schmerztherapie – WHO-Stufe I (Nichtopioide)
