Meconium Drug Testing
February 23rd, 2015, the following meconium drug tests are available for benzodiazapines, barbitals, and amphetamines as separate orderable tests as MISC. We recommend that benzodiazapines, barbitals, and amphetamines meconium tests not to be ordered routinely along with “Meconium Drug Panel” (MECON DRG PN, test code: 3552047) due to the limitation of specimen quantity for meconium. Please consult with the laboratory for specimen quantity requirements prior to ordering more than one test.
