When entering compound medications in the eMAR system, please use the NDC code for the main drug in the
compound. If you do not know what drugs to select, please call the pharmacy for more information.
Example: Nystatin Cream 100,000 U/ Eucerin Cream 1:1 apply to affected area bid.
Enter the NDC code for Nystatin Cream 100,000 U and enter the order text as Compound Drug: Nystatin Cream
100,000U/Eucerin Cream 1:1, Apply to affected area twice a day.
