Panora is strong both in terms of retail offer and leisure offer while Kentpark is distinguished by the presence of the first Harvey Nichols store in the city. Eskişehir Road is the densest retail submarket hosting a number of big shopping centres; however, Cepa and Gordion stand out with their good retail mix and the presence of H&M. An additional 17,000 sq m GLA will enter the market in Q3 2012 due to the expansion of Armada. Shopping Centre Rental levels have followed a steady upward path in line with the rising retail density in the city. Panora Shopping Centre has recorded relatively higher rent levels benefitting from its tenant mix and location. International and national brands’ appetite to take up space in the major retail streets remains. This is evident from the rental levels achieved in Tunalı Hilmi Street and Kızılay.
