High-Impact…High Voltage Boot!
Unveiling an inventive new technology for
rechargeable thermal footwear, Columbia needed a
high-energy visual window display solution for their
flagship retail stores. To launch and capture interest
for this new product and inspire customers,
Columbia approached Stella Color to help provide
visual impact and add some voltage to market their
new Thermal BugaBoot.
Using high-density foam, garden hoses, some spray
paint, and an XY digital router (and some ingenuity),
Stella shaped a unique solution that was a snug fit in the
windows, and told the compelling story of this
high-powered Columbia Boot!
By creating an oversized 110 commercial
plug outlet and simulated electric cord, Stella
designed, shaped and installed a
dimensional solution for Columbia that
helped them convey the power message
behind this innovative product line.
Simple ideas, off the shelf originality, and a
little digital technology added big impact for
Columbia Sportswear.
