The undersigned has the honour to REPORT:
THAT an application has been received by the undersigned on
behalf of NORTH WEST TRUST COMPANY, incorporated under the laws of
the Province of Alberta, and registered with full powers under the
British Columbia Trust Companies Act, that its guaranteed investment
certificates be authorized under authority of the Trustee Act as a
proper investment for trust funds in the Province of British Columbia:
AND THAT the application has been investigated by the Inspector
of Trust Companies for the Province of British Columbia who approves
the granting of the application:
AND TO RECOMMEND THAT pursuant to the provisions of section 15
subsection (g) of the Trustee Act, the guaranteed investment certificates
of NORTH WEST TRUST COMPANY be authorized as securities in the Province
of British Columbia in which trustees are at liberty to invest trust
money.
