Bark: Peeling with maturity, rich shining brown Flowers: Spike-like facemes of white pea like flowers that smell of freshly mowed grass blooming in June-July Fruit: flat pod, 2 to 3’’ long, 1/3’’ wide Habitat: This adaptable tree performs best in loose, well-drained soils. It will tolerate acid or alkaline conditions. Fun Facts: Easy to transplant and disease resistant. Native to Korea.
