Data File Requirements
For diagnostic purposes, data files must show voltage readings for the tilt sensors and degrees
C for the temperature sensor. We cannot analyze readings that are accumulated or processed
in any way. Choose data that shows a transition from normal readings to problem readings.
Readings must be associated with sensors. The example below shows a data file. Each line of
readings starts with a date followed by comma separated values. But there is no association of
readings and sensors.
To associate readings with sensors, open the data file with a spreadsheet application. When the
file is displayed, insert a row above the first line of data. Enter sensor serial numbers to identify
each column of readings. Then send the resulting spreadsheet file to us.
