Attachment A Generator Unit Data In order to establish an interconnection plan that will be consistent with Company and ERCOT criteria, the Customer shall submit specific information regarding the electrical characteristics of each generating unit during the initial planning stages of the project. The required forms are contained in the following five sheets. Company will furnish typical generator for planning purposes if requested. The generator excitation system response ratio shall not be less than 0.5 (five-tenths). The generator shall have a short circuit ratio of not less than 0.5 (five tenths). In order to regulate a high side voltage consistent with Companys voltage profile needs, Company recommends that the generator and step up transformer be designed to maintain a Company specified high side bus voltage up to a power factor of 0.89 lagging or the generating units leading power factor capability, as appropriate. The maximum allowable deviation factor of the open circuit terminal voltage wave shall not exceed 0.1 (one-tenth). The balanced Telephone Influence Factor (TIF) shall not exceed 30 (thirty). The residual TIF shall not exceed 30 (thirty). The generator shall be capable of withstanding, without damage, the effects of continuous unbalance corresponding to a negative phase sequence current of 10%, providing rated KVA is not exceeded, and the maximum current does not exceed 105% of the rated current in any phase. Generator Step Up Transformer Customer will provide all generator step up transformers that Company and Customer agree are necessary to connect Customer's generators with Company's transmission system. Customer shall provide the data needed for Company to model such step up transformers. The high side connection of the generator step up transformer shall be wye grounded. The generator step-up transformers electrical design characteristics shall insure the ability of Customers generators to meet the ERCOT Operating Guides requirements.
