4. Power frequency with stands voltage tests (wiring):

Perform insulation resistance test on all
control wiring:
Perform power-frequency withstand voltage of
2kV for 1 min, given as follows:

All new wiring installed at site.

All wiring not tested for PFWV in factory.

All wiring disconnected and removed for
transport.

devices are in circuits, these circuits shall not be
tested).
