new Dairy-Free Yogurt products are quickly revolutionizing the industry. The products are highly differentiated in the dairyfree food and beverage space delivering a unique nutritional profile and neutral taste, with multiple “on-trend” reasons to
purchase across the product line (Omega 3’s, plant-based protein, low in calories, sugars and carbs, and probiotics). All
Good Karma products are vegan, non-GMO and free of major allergens. With strong revenue growth and a solid
distribution footprint, the Company is poised to further accelerate growth based on a substantial investment from 2x

www.2xpartners.com). We are looking for candidates with a passion for the natural foods industry to join our team and
help us as we expand Good Karma.
JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
Responsible for execution of marketing activities to support the Good Karma brand– including promotions, events,
digital/social, retailer strategy and new product introductions, etc. Provides support to marketing team to drive profitable
growth for the brand. Candidate must be highly motivated and be passionate about working in an entrepreneurial
environment with an energetic and driven team. Has a strong desire and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job
done. The position requires an ability to work across teams, excellent project management and work within many areas of
marketing.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Marketing Promotions & Implementation
 Lead the development and execution of marketing promotional campaigns and activities, coordinating cross-functional
efforts, to ensure strong implementation.
 Manage account specific marketing programs in partnership with the sales team
 Assist with the development of digital and social media campaigns and tactics.
 Develop sales and marketing promotional materials (catalogs, training materials, etc.)
 Maintain all sales literature and retailer-facing materials (ads, overlays, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency of
brand message
 Measure success of marketing initiatives and identify and implement improvements for future initiatives
Events
 Lead development and execution of all consumer and trade related events. Work with agency partners to develop
creative look and feel, manage logistics and timeline.
 Identify opportunities for consumer event activation and integration into promotional programs.
New Product Development
 Assist marketing lead with market research efforts including market analysis, competition, consumer and industry
trends, and concept reviews to aid in the development of meaningful products and line extensions
 Assist in managing development and execution of new product launches
Other
 Assist with in-bound consumer response (website, consumer affairs), as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
 1-2 years of marketing, focus in consumer packaged goods and/or retail a plus





Positive and enthusiastic. Detail oriented, self-starter and team player.
Ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive projects forward
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and managing budgets
Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Candidate must be a proficient user in POWERPOINT, WORD, EXCEL
