Marketing at Kotak Mahindra Bank categorizes in to four departments - Marketing
Communications, PR & Corporate Communications, Marketing Activation & Regional
Marketing. These departments act as an advisory and support channel towards marketing
strategies and PR planning to ensure effective brand building through brand awareness and
visibility. The objective is to implement effective campaigns and promotions which would
help in meeting the business targets and getting media coverage for the same.
The Marketing Team in Kotak Mahindra Bank is the centre of excellence for the various
verticals that exist within the scope of marketing and communications. The team provides
various businesses with support in the area of media, brand communications, PR, Marketing
communication, Events and Sponsorship, alliances and Regional Marketing.
Based out of the Bank Marketing team, this person will support all regional marketing
initiatives being undertaken for the Rest of Maharashtra and Goa (ROMG) region.

Complete visibility support - In & Around Branches
Merchandising for all CO and local product campaigns
Conducting lead generation activities for allocated branches

Job Requirements:

MBA/ Post Grad (2 to 4 yrs. Of experience)
Marketing Experience in Event / Advertising / PR Agencies (Client Servicing ) and
Trade/Channel Marketing & Sales in Insurance / Banking & Financial Services
/Telecom / FMCG
Strong Execution Skills with Go getter attitude
High energy and drive
Self-motivated with a passion to achieve
Interpersonal Skills along with customer orientation
Fast learning skills
Internal & external communication skills
Effective vendor relationships.
