Kathy Lovering (Director) - Kathy had so much fun last summer with the Teen Actorsingers’ Copacabana
that she just had to come back for more! She has been involved in local community theatre for the past
30 or so years, working with all ages, from toddlers in church pageants to members of the Nashua Senior
Center. Kathy is a life member of the Actorsingers where she has tried just about everything. She has
directed such shows as Guys & Dolls, Brigadoon, The Wiz, & The Producers; has designed sets; stage
managed; produced several shows; and has performed in many. For the past two years, she has directed
the school plays at Nashua HS South. During the day, she is an insurance agent at Foy Insurance in
Nashua and is married to our assistant stage manager Bob (who she met in an Actorsingers production
25 years ago.) Their daughters Emily, an RN, and Madeline, a chef, have also been involved with the
group for many years. Kathy is so very thankful for the help and support received from all of her behindthe-scenes friends who made this show possible. A special thanks to Henry, Tina, Evelynn, Bob, and Bill. I
get by with a LOT of help from my friends!
Henry Kopczynskie (Music Director) is a pianist, accompanist, conductor, composer, vocalist, and vocal
coach. He has served as music director for many theatrical productions throughout Southern New
Hampshire. Henry holds a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Boston’s Berklee College of Music.
Henry is at home working in a very broad array of musical styles, from Baroque to Broadway. He was
nominated twice for best music direction by the NH Theater Awards for 2008. Recent productions for
which he served as Music Director include The Wizard of Oz (The New Thalian Players, Manchester), The
Music Man (Manchester Community Theater Players), and Oklahoma! (Nashua Actorsingers), and a
number of Peacock Players Main-stage productions including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor
Dreamcoat, Disney’s The Jungle Book, A Night of 1000 Stars, Forbidden Broadway, Honk!, 13 the
Musical, School House Rock Live!, Seussical the Musical and many more to come. Henry was also the
music director for Swing! with Teen Actorsingers.
Tina Cassidy (Choreographer) is thrilled to be working with such talented and enthusiastic directors,
cast, and crew. A dance instructor at Northern Ballet Theatre Dance Centre, Berwick Academy, Adagio
Dance Academy, and Northern Essex College, Tina holds an MFA from the Boston Conservatory. She has
choreographed for Actorsingers, Peacock Players, MADCO, Burklyn Ballet, Northern Ballet Theatre Youth
Ensemble, and most recently for the American College Dance Festival. A professional dancer, she has
enjoyed soloist and principle roles for a number of regional dance companies including the Northern
Ballet Theatre for seven seasons. She was honored to have previously received an award for “Best
Choreographer” at the NH Theatre Awards. She sends out a special thank you to Kathy, Evelynn, and
Henry for their amazing talents. She congratulates the graduated seniors, especially Sarah Wenrich, on
their accomplishments. Thank you, cast, for all of your wonderful spirit!
