1. The Two Hour Quran by Dr. Bill Warner
Dr. Warner holds a PhD in physics and math, NC
State University, 1968. He has been a university
professor, businessman, and applied physicist.
He was a Member of the Technical Staff in solidstate physics at the Sarnoff Princeton Laboratories
in the area of integrated circuit structures. During
the energy crisis of the 80’s he founded and ran a
company that specialized in energy efficient homes.
For eight years he was a professor at Tennessee
State University in the Engineering School.
Dr. Warner has had a life-long interest in religion
and its effects on history. He has studied the
source texts of the major religions for decades.
Even before the destruction of the World Trade
Center he had predicted the war between Islam
and America. The day after 9/11 he decided to
make the source texts of Islam available for the
average person.
Dr. Warner’s training in scientific theory and
mathematics shaped how he analyzed Islamic
doctrine. The first step was realizing that the
Islamic texts had been made deliberately difficult
to read and comprehend. A program, the Trilogy
1
Project, was created to strip away the confusion in
the texts. It became clear that Islam is not
constructed on the same civilizational principles as
the rest of the world. Simple statistical methods
revealed that dualism and submission were the
foundational principles of Islamic doctrine.
2. Jay Smith is a Christian evangelist and apologist.
Since 1983, he has been a full-time missionary with
the Brethren in Christ Mission with a focus on
polemics and apologetics among the Muslims of
London.
3. The Pew Research Center
My objective tonight is to educate you about radical
Islam and to help you answer these 5 questions:
1. When and where did Islam begin?
2. Who was Muhammad?
3. What did he teach?
4. Is Islam a peaceful religion?
5. Can the Quran be trusted?
A Muslim is sometimes spelled Moslem and relates
to a person who follows the religion of Islam a
monotheistic and Abrahamic religion based on the
Quran. Muslims consider the Quran to be the
verbatim word of God as revealed to the Islamic
prophet Muhammad. They also follow the teachings
and practices of Muhammad as recorded in
traditional accounts called Sura and Hadith. The
word "Muslim" is the Arabic word meaning "one
2
who submits." Islamic beliefs commonly held by
Muslims include: that God (Arabic: ‫ هللا‬Allāh) is
eternal,
transcendent
and
absolutely
one
(monotheism); that God is incomparable, selfsustaining and neither begets nor was begotten;
that Islam is the complete and universal version of
a primordial faith that has been revealed before
through many prophets including Abraham, Moses,
Ishmael and Jesus; that these previous messages
and revelations have been partially changed or
corrupted over time and that the Qur'an is the final
unaltered revelation from God called The Final
Testament.
Here is a part of what the Quran has to say about
Jesus: Quarn 5:109 "One day Allah will assemble
the messengers and say, "What response did you
receive from mankind?" They will say, "We have no
knowledge. You are the knower of secrets." Then
Allah will say, Oh Jesus, son of Mary, remember my
favor to you and your mother when I strengthened
you with the Holy Spirit (with reference to Gabriel)
so that you would speak to men alike in childhood
and when grown. I taught you the Scriptures, the
wisdom, the Torah and the Gospel, and you created
the figure of a bird with clay, by my permission,
and breathed into it. With my permission it became
a bird. You also healed the blind and the leper, with
my permission. With my permission you raised the
dead. I restrained the children of Israel from
harming you when you went to them with clear
signs. and the Kafir (Unbelieving Jews) said, "This
is nothing but plain sorcery." When I revealed to
3
the disciples, "Believe in me and the One I sent",
they said, "We believe and bear witness to You that
we are Muslims." 3:54 So the Jews plotted and
Allah Plotted, but Allah is the best of plotters. And
Allah said, " Jesus I am going to end your life on
earth and lift you up to me, (indicating that Jesus
did not died on the cross, he was taken to Allah and
will return to kill the Anti-Christ and then die a
natural death). 4:171 People of the Book
(Christians) Do not overstep the boundaries of your
religion and speak only what is true about Allah.
The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, is only Allah's
messenger and his word which he sent into Mary
was a spirit from Allah So believe in Allah and his
messengers and do not say "Trinity." (The Quran
states that the trinity really refers to Allah, Jesus
and Mary) Hold back and it will be better for you.
Allah is only one God. Quran 61:6 Far be it from
Allah to be a son! And remember when Jesus, son
of Mary said, Children of Israel!" I am Allah's
messenger sent to confirm the Law which was
already revealed to you and to bring good news of
a messenger who will come after me whose name
will be Ahmud or Muhammad. (This last quote
about Jesus in the Quran is not found in any
Christian scriptures.)
1 John 2:20-23
20 But you have an unction from the Holy One, and
ye know all things. 21 I have not written unto you
because ye know not the truth, but because ye
know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 22 Who is a
liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He
4
is antichrist, that denies the Father and the Son. 23
Whosoever denies the Son, the same hath not the
Father: (but) he that acknowledges the Son has the
Father also.
The religious practices of Muslims are enumerated
in the Five Pillars of Islam, which, in addition to
Shahadah, consist of daily prayers (salat), fasting
during the Islamic month of Ramadan (sawm),
almsgiving (zakat), and the pilgrimage to Mecca
(hajj) at least once in a lifetime.
A Muslim is a person who has dedicated his
worship exclusively to God through the teachings
of Muhammad. The word Islam means making
one's religion and faith God's alone. The majority of
Muslims are Sunni, being over 75–90% of all
Muslims. The second largest sects, Shia, make up
10–20%. Islam is the second largest and one of
the fastest-growing religions in the world.
Muhammad is usually referred to as Prophet
Muhammad or just The Prophet by Muslims, and
regarded by them as the greatest of all the
prophets, and his established religion as the only
accepted religion to God (Quran 3:19). He is seen
by Muslims as a possessor of all virtues. He was
Born in about 570 AD into a respected Quraysh
family of Mecca. Muhammad earned the nickname
"al-Amin" (Arabic: ‫)االم ين‬, meaning "the Faithful". At
the age of 40 in 610 AD, Muhammad is said to have
received his first verbal revelation in a cave named
Mount Hira, which was the beginning of the
5
descent of the Quran that continued up to the end
of his life; and Muslims hold that Muhammad was
asked by God to preach the "oneness of God" in
order to stamp out idolatry, a practice overtly
present in Arab society.
To Muslims, the Quran is the verbatim word of God
which
was
revealed,
through
Gabriel,
to
Muhammad who delivered it to people without any
change (Quran 26:192-195, 53:2-5). Thus, there
exists a deep relationship between Muhammad and
the Quran. Muslims believe that as a recipient of
the Quran, Muhammad was the man who best
understood the meaning of the Quran and was its
chief interpreter, and was granted by God "the
understanding of all levels of Quran's meaning". In
Islamic theology, if a report of Muhammad’s
Quranic interpretation is held to be authentic, then
no other interpretative statement has higher
theoretical value or importance than that.
In Islamic belief, though the inner message of all
the divine revelations given to Muhammad is
essentially the same, there has been a "gradual
evolution toward a final, perfect revelation" and
susequently includes the writings of the Hadith and
the Sura. It is in this case that Muhammad's
revelation
excels
the
previous
ones
as
Muhammad’s revelation is considered by the
Muslims to be "the completion, culmination, and
perfection of all the previous revelations".[133]
Consequently, when the Quran declares that
Muhammad is the final prophet after which there
6
will be no future prophet (33:40), it is also meant
that the Quran is the last revealed divine book,
consisting of three Mecan Quran, Sura and the
Hadith (Wikipedia 1.)c
2. There are three writings that constitute the
Muslim belief called the Quran. Most of the non
radical Muslims observe the Meca but there are two
other writings that offer more of the latter
revelations and teachings of Muhammad and if
observed becomes radical Islam or Jihad. The other
two writings are the Hadith and the Sura as
described below:
The Hadith are a compilation of little stories that
Muhammad passed down orally and was written
down 18 years later like, war is deceit, a story that
encourages lying to the unbeliever. I will have
more to say about that later on. Some of the stories
were just one or two sentences and others were
large paragraphs.
The Sura is Muhammad's 800 page biography,
which includes his histroy as well as every aspect
of his daily life.
Between Hadith & Sira we know more about
Muhammad than we will ever know about Abraham
Lincoln, Jesus or George Washington. We know
about his birth, his family, his intimate habits, how
he went to bathroom or had sex or what he did
during foreplay, how he spit, how he laid on his
back or how he drank from a glass. We know every
7
detail about how he lived his life. Because every
Muslim is commanded to do exactly as Muhammad
did. In fact the only way you can contextually
understand and apply the teachings of the Quran is
to do exactly as Muhammad did.
Now we need to understand that the Quran is the
foundation of Islam. This is the book that every
Muslim refers to, this is the book that has always
been, this is the book that is uncreated, this is the
book according to Sura 1:85-22 that came from
those eternal tablets, that always co-exited with
God and therefore is co-eternal with God and
therefore this book cannot be critiqued and it
cannot be criticized. This book has no history and is
revealed to Muhammad between a period of 610 to
632 and according to every Muslim whether they
are radical, nominal or liberal. Every Muslim
believes that this is the uncreated Quran. The
Quran is the greatest wonder of all the wonders of
the world, this book is 2nd to none according to
learned men with reference to diction, style,
rhetoric, thoughts and soundness of law and
regulations to shape the destinies of mankind. This
book was sent down directly to Muhammad to a
man who could not read or write which is a little
curious isn't it and was actually written down 18
years after Muhammad's death on the basis of oral
diction. (example: tell a story to one who passes it
on)
In fact, there are 2 original manuscripts in Sweden
that until recently had not been touched but have
8
now been read and compared to the Quran we have
today and there are 2,270 manuscript variances or
errors and it only goes up to Sura 43 and there are
114 Sura's in the Koran so the oldest original
manuscript is not even a complete work. Therefore
the premise that we must conclude is that today's
Koran is very much fallible if not totally fictitious
and that is the basis for every Muslims faith. So if
the doctrine in the Quran is wrong then the whole
religion is corrupt and people are believing a lie
and risking their life and destiny on the falsehoods
and the pretensions of deluded men.
So, Let's talk about how the Quran is related to
ISIS. President OBAMA says "Isil is not Islamic. No
religion condones the killing of innocents, and the
vast majority of Isil's victims have been Muslims."
(Isil includes the Levant or Lebanon and Israel and
Obama is incorrect in his usage of the term.)
There are two suppositions about ISIS:
1. Radical Islam is new, and is a political reaction:
2. Radical Islam is not new: follow the book and
the man.
The term ISIS: stands for Islamic State of Syria.
How many of you believe that the religion of ISIS is
Islamic or Muslim? Just about everybody except
our president. Radical Islamist defined: the original
word for radical is the word root. So a person who
is a radical goes back to their roots and that is
exactly what ISIS is doing. They are going back to
their roots or back 1400 years to Mohammed and
9
the Quran. All we need do is go back to 624 and
look at the Islamic state that Mohammed created
and what he did to eliminate and kill the Jews until
632 to realize the roots of violence. The basis for
understanding the very confusing book of the
Koran is to look at what Muhammad did and copy it
verbatim. So what did he do?
What is Islam? Are you a Muslim? Do all Muslims
practice Islam?
The Koran is 18% about Allah & 80% about
Muhammad.
Meca is where Muhammad lived the first 13 years
of his life and constitutes the Mecan part of the
Quran. During this time of his life he preached a
doctrine of peace and tolerance. Meca says
esentially: Let there be no compulsion in religion,
you have your religion & I have mine. (Sounds like
1st Amendment: freedom of religion.) This is what
most non radical Muslims practice today, but if they
read the whole Quran they are familiar with the
portions that tell about Muhammad's military
conquest and violence and every Muslim is
commanded in the Quran to do as Muhammad did
and that is the danger of the roots of ISIS. Ibn
Taymiyah (Ibee na Ti Hema) says that in order to
be a true and faithful Muslim you must read the
book and follow exactly what the man did.
After 13 years in Mecca Muhammad moved to
Medina where his doctrine became dualistic and
10
changed from religious to political and incorporated
violence and extremism. ? In fact Quran has 149
Sword verses that advocate violence against the
Kafir or the unbeliever
Here is a radical interpretation of Sura 5:31-32 "We
ordained for the children of Israel that if anyone
slew a Muslim not in retaliation of murder, or to
spread mischief in the land, it would be as if he
slew All Muslims; and if anyone saved a Muslim, it
would be as if he saved the life of all Muslims.
Sura 2:190-193 Those who fight you, do not
transgress limits, and slay them wherever you
catch them, until there prevail faith in Allah.
Medina: 8:12 You shall cast terror into the hearts of
the Kafir. Strike off their heads & strike off the very
tips of their fingers. kind of sounds like terrorism,
doesn't it?
SWORD VERSE AGAINST CHRISTIANS AND JEWS:
SURA 9:29 MAKE WAR UPON SUCH THOSE TO WHOM
THE SCRIPTURES HAVE BEEN GIVEN AS BELIEVE NOT
IN ALLAH, OR IN THE LAST DAY, AND WHO FORBID
NOT
WHAT
ALLAH
AND
HIS
APOSTLE
HAVE
FORBIDDEN… UNTIL THEY PAY TRIBUTE.
So to understand the context of these verses you
must follow the example that Mohamed left. Was
Muhammad pro-Jewish or anti-Jewish? And the
answer is yes, he was both. In the first writings of
Meca it is pro-Jewish in the Hadith and Sira it is
11
anti-Jewish. There were no Jews in Mecca but
when he moved to Medina it was half Jewish & they
did not believe in Muhammad & his religion. The
first 13 years of Muhammad's preaching using
Meca with the message of peace he had 150
converts. After 13 years He he moved to Medina
where he became a politician and a warlord & for
the next 9 years there were 100,000 converts or
about 10,000 a year. Why? Every 6 weeks for the
last 9 years of his life he went to war: and the
emphasis was not a religion of peace but a political
Jihad with the emphasis of believe or die. So from
624-633 Mohamad was in 29 battles & he was
planning 39 more. Within two years of entering
Medina he started confronting the Jews in battle.
Then in 627 in the battle of the trenches he lined
up the last Jewish families in Medina which
consisted of 800 men, he had then dig a trench &
kneel in front of it & he cut off their heads & threw
them in the grave they dug for themselves, all in
one afternoon. That is the example Mohammad left
for his followers to emulate. Remember to
understand the Koran you must read it and do what
Mohammad did.
Which one is the real, Islam Meca or Medina & the
answer is yes (they both are)
Islam is the doctrine found in the Hadith, Sira and
the Quran which are the three writings for Muslims
to read & put into practice. So radical Islam is
dualistic: its about Allah & Muhammad. Meccan
Quran is about peaceful religion even thought the
12
word peace is not used any where in the Quran. If
you are ever confronted by a Muslim about their
religion being peaceful ask them to give you a
scripture and verse and they will not be able to.
However the Bible has 400 references to peace,
memorize some of them and quote them when you
confront a Muslim especially about peace between
God and man.
Islam is not what Muslims do or necessarily believe
in & practice. It's about what Muhammad did &
what he taught about Allah.
So, Let's look at some of the terminology used in
the Quran:
Allahu Akbar
Allah is Great (God is Great). It was frequently
used by the Muslim forces as their battle cry. The
Islamist terroist in France used this battle cry
before they gunned down 129 innocent people
Hadith
sayings of the Prophet.
Taqiyya lying to non believers in the form of
concealment and dissimulation. The word "alTaqiyya ”literally means: "Concealing or disguising
one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions,
and/or strategies at a time of eminent danger,
whether now or later in time, to save oneself from
physical and/or mental injury.”
kitman
13
The practice of deception or legal trickery),
consisting of the art of making ambiguous
statements, paying lip-service to authority while
reserving personal opposition, in a kind of political
camouflage
Kafir (used 421 times in the Quran)
The language of Islam is dualistic. As an example,
there is never any reference to humanity as a
unified whole. Instead there is a division into
believer and kafir (unbeliever). Humanity is not
seen as one body, but is divided into whether the
person believes Mohammed is the prophet of Allah
or not.
Kafir is what the Koran and Islam call the
unbelievers. Kafir is the worst word in the human
language.
Christians and Jews are infidels, but infidels are
kafirs, too. Polytheists are Hindus, but they are
also kafirs. The terms infidel and polytheist are
religious words. Only the word “kafir” shows the
common political treatment of Christian, Jew,
Hindu, Buddhist, atheist and humanist.
The word kafir should be used instead of
“unbeliever”, the standard word. Unbeliever is a
neutral term. The Koran defines the kafir which is
not a neutral word. A kafir is not merely someone
who does not agree with Islam, but a kafir is evil,
disgusting, the lowest form of life. Kafirs can be
tortured, killed, lied to and cheated. So the usual
word “unbeliever” does not reflect the political
14
reality of Islam. Here are some scriptures in the
Quarn that address the Kafir.
Hated- 40:35 They who dispute the signs of Allah
[kafirs] without authority having reached them are
greatly hated by Allah and the believers. So Allah
seals up every arrogant, disdainful heart and is
despised by Allah.
Punished- 25:77 Say to the kafirs: My Lord does not
care for you or your prayers. You have rejected the
truth, so sooner or later, a punishment will come.
Beheaded- 47:4 When you encounter the kafirs on
the battlefield, cut off their heads until you have
thoroughly defeated them and then take the
prisoners and tie them up firmly.
Terrorized- 8:12 Then your Lord spoke to His
angels and said, “I will be with you. Give strength
to the believers. I will send terror into the kafirs’
hearts, cut off their heads and even the tips of their
fingers!”
Annihilated- 6:45 So the kafirs were annihilated. All
praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
Killed- 4:91 If they do not keep away from you or
offer you peace or withdraw their hostilities, then
seize them and kill them wherever they are. We
give you complete authority over them.
15
Crucified- 5:33 The only reward for those who war
against Allah and His messengers and strive to
commit mischief on the earth is that they will be
slain or crucified, have their alternate hands and
feet cut off, or be banished from the land. This will
be their disgrace in this world, and a great torment
shall be theirs in the next except those who repent
before you overpower them. Know that Allah is
forgiving and merciful.
A Muslim is not the friend of a kafir- 3:28 Believers
should not take kafirs as friends in preference to
other believers. Those who do this will have none
of Allah’s protection and will only have themselves
as guards. Allah warns you to fear Him for all will
return to Him.
Cursed- 33:60 They [kafirs] will be cursed, and
wherever they are found, they will be seized and
murdered. It was Allah’s same practice with those
who came before them, and you will find no change
in Allah’s ways.
60% of Koran is about the Kafir not about how to
be a Muslim. 81% of the Quran is a biography of
Muhammad and is about what he did to the Kafir.
Here is the Amount of text in the Koran that is
devoted on how they handle the kafir:
Mecan Quran = 0%
Medina Quran = 64%
Surah = 81%
Hadith = 37%
16
So 60% of the Quran is about how to handle the
Kafir and not about how to be a Muslim! It's about
what to do with the unbeliever or the non Muslim.
How to treat the unbeliever, how to talk to the
unbeliever, How to convert the unbeliever & how to
kill the unbeliever. Islam is profoundly dualistic. It
has two things it will say about every topic. One is
religious & the other is political. The religious
verses are the stealth coating of the political & the
Jihad. So you have good verses in the Quran that
support religion but you also have political verses
that support the bad. Which one is true Islam?
They both are. The religion is a good covering for
the bad intent of the Quran & the Muslim and it
breeds confusion. The argument is that the intent
can't be bad because look at these nice religious
verses. Therein lies the deception of Dualist Islam
or Dualism.
The Quran is not the Bible of Islam. It's one of 3
sacred texts. Islam is the worship of Allah & the
imitation of Muhammad. Political Islam is the
doctrine that deals with the Kafir. As a non Muslim
you are not a part of the Muslim religion but as a
Kafir you are addressed in the Islamic teaching
essentially: "To cast terror in their hearts" which is
also a part of political jihad.
We must separate political Islam from religious
Islam. For example if Muslims commandeer a city
street for prayer it is both political & religious.
Forcefully taking over a street is political & the
17
prayer they recite is religious. So Islam is both
political and religious but the end does not justify
the means.
What about Islamic Ethics: what is good for the
Muslim is bad for the Kafir. You can be friendly to
the Kafir but you can't be his friend. Arabic word
Takiah means sacred deception, a deception that
advances the cause of Islam. A Kafir can be treated
well or badly & both are supported in the Quran as
long as it advances Islam.
Radical Islam is nothing more than the Islam of
Medina. Moderate Islam is the Islam of Meca or the
beginning teachings of Muhammad. Everything that
has been stated here has nothing to do with people
but only doctrine taken out of the three teachings
in the Quran with exception to Muhammad. So
Islam is dualistic consisting of Meccan Islam and
Medina Islam.
Let's take a short history lesson by looking at the
600 year Islamic saturation in Turkey. Turkey use
to be called Anatolia and was the site of the seven
churches of Asia. Saul was from Tarsus and Tarsus
was in Asia Minor or Anitolia. At that time Anitolia
was Greek and Christian until Islam invaded.
Whereupon the Christian in Turkey or Anitolia did
not get a choice of convert or die but they became
subject to the new government based on the
Sharia. From 1300 to 1900 the growth of Islam
under Sira was 80% and in 2000 it was 100%.
Today Turkey is 99.7% Muslim and .3% Christian.
18
This is what happens with Sharia law and political
Islam, its not convert or die it is live under the
Sharia. Christianity can sustain itself under
communism, Christianity can sustain itself under
Nazism but Christianity cannot sustain itself under
the Sharia. Political Islam does the same thing to
Afghanistan which was Buddhist and to Pakistan
which was Hindu. Radical Islam is not compatible
with anyone else's religion.
With these scriptures and the example of the
prophet Muhammad. can you then understand why
so many within Islam today are saying what they
are saying, and doing what thety are doing.
Their authority, they believe, is the holy writ, a
divine authority, modelled by the greatest and
clearest
paradigm
for
Mankind,
(which
is
Muhammad) for all peoples, al places, and for all
times… including Iraq and Syria today.
In 1920 Hasan Al Banna started the Muslim
Brothrhood. His favorite student was Sayid Qutb
who had memorized the Koran at age 10 and
became the theologian for the Muslim Brotherhood.
He wrote 2 books while in prison called "In The
Shade of the Koran" and "Milestones". In the first
book he takes the message of the Koran and
interprets it for the 20th century and has become
the textbook for all radicals around the world. One
such radical was Ayman Zawahiri who was a very
close friend to the very wealthy Osama bin Laden
19
who created Al Queda and now you understand
some of their history.
Today the Muslim Brotherhood has no problem with
suicide bombers as long as they target Israelis
men, women and children or American soldiers. It's
ok for men to beat their wives referring to Sura 4
and it's ok for homosexuals and adulteress to be
given 100 lashes referring to Sura 24. All these
things are put into practice and based on the Koran
and what Muhammad did. Out from the teachings
of the Muslim Brotherhood's cleric we have the
London subway bombers, the shoe bomber, the
liquid suicide bombers who tried to board an
airplane and currently we have the France suicide
bombers and the San Berdino terrorists and the list
in only going to grow. Why? Because they are doing
what all faithful Muslims are told to do: read the
book and follow the man and some will be deceived
enough to put that into action. And even if that is a
minority it is a problem for the security of every
Kafir and especially every Israeli and every
American.
One last point. There is no guarantee in the Quran
that a believer who practices its beliefs will be
permitted into paradise. So you can live a devoted
life to the tenants of the Quran and have no
guarantee or hope of making it to paradise. There
is only once exception to that and that is if you die
in the cause of the advancement of Islam then you
will be guaranteed direct access to paridise.
20
Sura 4:74
Let those who fight in the cause of Allah who sell
the life of this world for the hereafter. To him who
fighteth in the cause of Allah, whether he is slain or
gets victory, Soon shall we give him a reward of
great value.
Sura 47:4-6
Those who are killed in the way of Allah, He will
never let their deeds be lost… And admit them to
paradise.
Now you can understand why Political Islam and
Jihad is so appealing to so many young men and
women who are willing to die for the cause of Allah
and join ISIS or groups like it. The danger is going
to continue and esculate in these latter days and to
be fore-arned is to be fore-armed.
1 Cor 15:51-58
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all
sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment,
in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the
trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised
incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this
corruptible must put on incorruption, and this
mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this
corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this
mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be
brought to pass the saying that is written, Death
is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy
sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting
of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the
victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore,
my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable,
always abounding in the work of the Lord,
forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in
vain in the Lord.
Rev 21:1-8
21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for
the first heaven and the first earth had passed
away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the
Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of
heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully
dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice
from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God
is with men, and he will live with them. They will
be his people, and God himself will be with them
and be their God. 4 He will wipe every tear from
their eyes. There will be no more death or
mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of
things has passed away." 5 He who was seated on
the throne said, "I am making everything new!"
Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are
trustworthy and true." 6 He said to me: "It is done.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and
the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink
without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7
He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be
his God and he will be my son.
