Description of Course
• This course is part of physical chemistry
discussing chemical kinetics or dynamics.
Chemical dynamic or kinetics is due to the
movement of molecules both gas and solute with
certain reaction mechanisms. This course
includes
– kinetic theory of gas,
– chemical kinetics, and
– transport of gas and solute.

Learning Delivery System
• Bended/Hybrid Learning:
– Face-to-face: 16 times of meeting including formative
and summative test
– Supporting learning systems: online using
Edmodo.com and /or social chat, such as: YM!,
Google talk, WhattAp, etc.
• Each student should:
– have e-mail address
– Have join to edmodo of Chemical Kinetics Class (code is given
in the class)
– Actively participate in the class

Assessment
• Students allowed to attend in the FE are the
ones who present in the lecture of at least
85%
• Marking is depend on O, V, FE with the
percentage: 20% O, 30% V, and 50% FE.
• Note of observation from me as a lecturer is
also considered.
