THE FORGOTTEN PLANET THAT INFLUENCES THE
RELEASE OF EARTHQUAKES

Headline: Seismic forecast is on the way to be realised. Thanks to a major cosmic fact: the planet Vulcan
and its orbital position shows interdependence with other celestial bodies, as departing factor to the
release mechanism of influence on earth tensions resulting in earthquakes.
AbSTRACT: End of 2004, the tsunami pictures have been an electroshock for those who question
about the possibility to forecast earthquakes. Interdisciplinary sciences pressed on with researching
possible links, by applying the universal laws of correspondance and analogy. Accordingly, geophysical research can be completed by a research on the solar system influence. but recognising the
existence of the smallest planetary body called Vulcan is necessary. As well as its forces, that enable
to resonate within the earth. This should give another vision to the interdependence of energies within the universe, and consequently their interactions. A different approach of astrological calculations, with a scientific and statistic view enables to understand how cosmic energies work up to a
seismic event.
INTROdUCTION
Pacific Ocean, in the area of the Macquarie
Islands. In fact, no scientist spoke of the event publically. Today, they would state that there was no
link at all between both earthquakes at an intervall
of 3 days. Because, tectonically, the plates and
faults are not in close relation.
Now, it is possible to assert that the link existed.
Thanks to a major cosmic fact and a new astrological system of analysis. Hopefully, this will eventually give its scientific credit to astrology, as
medium to forecast earthquakes.
On December 26, 2004 a tsunami devastated the
coasts of many countries framing the Indian
Ocean. It resulted from an earthquake, which focus
was about 150 km off the west coast of Northern
Sumatra, with a seismic moment and magnitude of
9.0 on the Richter scala. One of the four strongest
earthquakes in intensity, since measurements are
possible.
On TV plateaus, most of the scientists answered
the medias to the numerous questions, except one.
How come no relationship had been made with
another earthquake three days before?
With a magnitude of 8.1 on the Richter scala, the
event could certainly have been of equal importance in terms of human and material destructions,
if it would have happened near inhabited places.
But the location was far enough in the Southern

True scientific astrology says – but astrologists do
not use this element so far – that planet Vulcan has
a major influence on the cause of earthquakes. It is
now confirmed. Unfortunately, the existence of
this planetary body has no credit among the astro1
physicists. The hypothesis of Vulcan’s existence
has been thrown away, after Einstein demonstrated
in 1916, with his theory of general relativity, the
measure of the precession movement to the planet
Mercury, explaining why the orbit of the latter was
so uncertain and irregular. Therefore, it became
impossible to consider Vulcan as a planetary body,
for being too close to Mercury. Then, eventhough
some unsuccessful research onboard Skylab in the
70’s, the interest to observe Vulcan remained mostly absent. Why? Its size is small, its position close
to the Sun refrains from visibility, except at eclipse
times, and the calculation of its orbit is as risky as
the one of the planet Mercury, due most probably
to the strong magnetic field of the Sun and different gravitational movements. But the planet
Vulcan has been observed before... In the 19th century by two French astronomers. And in very
ancient times by the Etruscans, and their predecessors in various civilizations, who use to worship
the sacred god Vulcan, father of the underworld
fire activities and volcanoes. In those times, they
also perfectly knew the difference between Vulcan
and the farthest orbiting planet Pluto, god of death
and hell. They knew that those bodies work as a
couple of polarities of a same force, which together develop a tremendous energy, inversely proportional to their so little size.
Today, the facts are there. The cosmic role of planet Vulcan on earth matter must be taken into
account in every serious astrological survey aimed
at seismic forecast. It is statistically proved that the
importance of Vulcan, coupled with other planetary influences «prepare» the earthquake, before
reaching a paroxysmic intensity, that releases the
triggering energy of large scale destruction.

that for most of the strongest earthquakes in the
20th century – of magnitude 8.0 and more – the triangular relation starting from Vulcan, usually
begins 3 to 4 days before the earthquake itself,
sometimes 5 days, to one week before. A kind of
energetic gap inbetween those days of «preparation» is also observed – usually one to two days
before the event – that needs to be carefully
analysed and coupled to the study of the daily path
of the Moon. During a «preparation phase», the
configuration of links starting from Vulcan varies
from 3 to 9, and can reach up to 16 on D-Day.
Of course, Planet Vulcan is not the only one to be
involved in earthquake energetic influences: other
major «departing» planets are those called in
astrology external planets, Pluto, Neptune and
Uranus. The latter being very central in the dispatching of energies within the triangular linking,
as it is a planet of synthesis. Observations show
that Uranus often is not a «departing» relation, but
works into two distinct ways. First, as revelator of
the above mentioned major planetary influences
with their own qualities. And secondly, as propellor of the sudden destructive energy.
Coupled with Neptune conjunct (1° to 4° of arc), in
opposition (180° of arc), in square (90° of arc) or
in quincunx (150°), the destructive aspect of
Uranus is very deep and lasting. Coupled with
Mars, Uranus increases its force, more specifically
in squares. But the most powerful destructive energy factor is with no doubt the association of Vulcan
and Uranus conjunct, or Vulcan and Pluto together,
as it happened on December 26, 2004.
In the old Vedic Scriptures of India, Neptune,
Uranus and Saturn tend to the synthesis of higher
cosmic energies, under the god Varuna, who represents the Cosmic Ocean, the broadest and purest
principle of beingness, as well as the guardian of

describing the cosmic influence is clear enough to

degree possible of reliability, in forecasting such
events that happen every day with more or less
intensity. Besides the evident role of Vulcan, the
main factor – new – will be the calculation of
superimposed triangular planet aspects, and their
altogether relations. The next, being the number of

ences, that last a couple of hours before the seismic
destruction starts. This latency period depends on
all the aspects related to the external planets (Pluto,
Neptune, Uranus), as well as the the number of triangular relations that «organise» the power of
destruction. It is very important to compare the
four previous days, as well as considering the path
and the phases of the Moon. The difficulty of the
continuous daily forecast can be alleviated by a
discriminating analysis of the Moon position and
the links made with other planets within a particular period.
If we consider the conscious power of planetary
bodies involved in the interactive energetic organisation of an earthquake, and translate it into scientific keywords, we find therefore: Vulcan, as will
and power of decision, which means the seismic
momentum. Pluto represents the deep transformation by means of lethal destruction. Neptune is the
choice of the frequency. And Uranus, the amplitude of the chosen frequency. Mars is the strenght
of the whole event. Saturne is the conscious action,
that resonate into human experience. As for the
Moon – an important actor to be considered – it is
but the reflection of the above mentioned planets.
It has no power of its own. Because it does not
transmit any self-radiation. Closely related to one
or more planets in the daily configuration of tension aspects (2 planetary bodies of the solar system
linked by a specific gradient), it relays and increases their destructive power during a seismic event.
Its precise position in the chart indicates how the
external planets will transmit their influence onto
the earth, and how it will modify the daily relations.
As the planets are located far enough from the
earth, in the chart calculation it is accepted that the
angles are not always exact in forming the tension
aspects. Though the more exact, the more obviously acting on earth. With 1° to 4° on each side of the
exact aspect (for example a square = 86° to 94° of
arc) the sphere of influence of the aspect, coupled
with the distance in the universe, is always strong
enough to allow the prediction. Where Vulcan is
involved, things are a little different. The
allowance is more precise in case of direct relations, and usually does not overcome 1° to 3° of
arc, except in clusterums (conjunctions of more
than 2 planets), where 4° of arc difference is
accepted. This is due to the solar magnetic field.
When Vulcan is aspected with the Moon, it must be
exact, as the Moon orbit is so rapid around the
Earth. The whole chart can show energetic influ-
TRIANGULAR RELATIONS
In order to forecast properly, it is important to
analyse the relation carefully (the relation is the
whole of aspects linked together during a given
day or period). The first element to observe is how
the cosmic energy is «entering» into the field and
atmosphere of the earth. Not many are the possibilities: the first type of relation is linear. The second is a loop relation. Both can be coupled in the
same chart, or can work separatedly. But there is
also the possibility to observe a loop relation,
attached to a linear relation. Or a small loop (simple triangle) into a bigger loop relation. Another
possibility is also two linear relations. In one day,
not more than 1 to 3 separate relations are
observed. Often in the case of seismic events of
magnitude 6.0 and more, it has been observed that
2 separate relations can be joined into one, only by
the fact of the movement of the Moon, creating a
new aspect with a major planet at a certain time.
Superimposed triangles show the percentage of
energetic occupation in a chart. It changes day after
day. In the example of the Chile earthquake on
May 22, 1960, the energetic occupation on tha
chart was 100%, with 3 superimposed triangles,
one double loop relation with 6 aspects, starting
from Vulcan, coupled directly with Pluto (square
with a difference of 03’ of arc), plus inside a small
loop starting from Pluto, another loop of 3 aspects,
departing from Uranus. For a total of 9 aspects.

Three triangles were centered in the chart on DDay. This means a strong energy going through the
aspect lines framing the focus seismic point. The
preceeding days, the triangles were always 3, on
the same 100% of occupation in the chart. This
configuration, with some small aspect modifications, lasted 6 days before the earthquake, which is
rare. This was obviously announcing a very powerful event.

From this moment up to the time of the Sumatra
earthquake itself (0h58 UMT on December 26th,
2004), the whole energetic influences increased
like a big inflating balloon during more than 10
hours (10h 28’ 50’’ precisely). During this period
of full moon – when the impact of energies on
earth are increased manyfold –, its path went from
a first opposition to Vulcan-Pluto conjunct, to a
second opposition to the Sun. All were connected
to the strong destructive square between Uranus
and Mars. The whole picture showed a total of 14
relations and 11 planets in 5 triangles, which 3
were centered. An apparent stabilisation of the
event intervened only after 2 days, when the Moon
strong aspects of opposition went over.
But it remained other aspects – those that last
longer with external distant planets – before they
dissolved, which made high amplitude oscillations
repeat an important number of aftershocks of magnitude 6.0 and more, for a period of more than 15
days. This long time of energetic destabilisation,
noticeable in astrological studies, is perhaps one
further element to explain the forces involved
globally, during this seismic event.
Another element to take into account is the location of the triangles towards the chart centre. For it
represents the center of the earth. Therefore, centered triangle(s) seem to amplify the entering cosmic energy into the earth. Graphically, we have a
very interesting analogy between the astrological
seismic survey and the trajectory of the seismic
primary and secondary waves in the inner globe.
The «preparation» of the Sumatra earthquake
(26.12.2004) started on December 22.
Astronomically, we know that the energies of the
solstice have a strong reflection on Earth, like the
great ocean tides. That day, planet Vulcan began its
conjunction with Pluto with a difference of 1°47’
of arc. Neptune was square to Moon, the latter
being an exact quincunx (150°) at 23h UMT, to
Vulcan-Pluto. With a total of 4 triangles. On
December 23th, the conjunction Vulcan-Pluto had
a difference of arc of 1°08’, with 3 relations, which
the opposition of Moon to Mars, square to Uranus,
created the figure that activated the seismic oscillations in the Macquarie area, south of New
Zealand. On December 24th at 0h UMT, the links
occupation on the chart showed an important
expansion of the aspected energies. Vulcan-Pluto
were conjunct with an arc of 26’30’’. It started a
double loop relation with 8 aspects and 8 planets.
That day at 13h45 UMT, the conjunction of
Vulcan-Pluto was exact. The Moon was in opposition to Mercury-Venus conjunct, aspected to
Neptune by a sextile (60°). On December 25th, the
Moon was opposed to Vulcan-Pluto at 14h30
UMT, with a global relation of 4 triangles, 13
aspects in 2 loops, and 1 linear relation, for a total
of 11 planets involved (in astrology, the luminaries
AN ExAmPLE OF FORECAST
To support the above observations, a concrete
example of analysis will be given: we observe that
the period between September 11th to September
14th, 2006 should be quite active. On September
11th is observed 3 relations of 11 aspects. At 19h
UMT the Moon opposed to Jupiter, is joining two
triangles into 1 relation. Another opposition
between Neptune and Saturn is noted. Both draw
together in the sky a great cross, anouncing much
tension. On September 12th, the relations are two,
and become one at about 10h UMT, when the
Moon creates a new triangle with Vulcan and
Pluto. For a total number of aspects of nine during
the day. On September 13th, 3 relations of 10
aspects are noticed in 2 loops. The peak of tension
is situated between 16h and 21h UMT. On
September 14th, we observe a unique linear rela4
tion of 9 aspects. This figures out a great tension
(in a graphic form of a lightning flash), that could
be released at any time of the day, but more specifically between 14h and 18h, when the Moon, in
phase of quarter is reaching Pluto in an aspect of
opposition (180°). With a probability of activity
with a magnitude between 6.0 and 7.0.
The location of an earthquake is more difficult to
predict, except if a careful study is made out of the
statistics, showed by the registration from the worlwide seismic stations, considering latitude belts
and magnetic resonance of past events.

The difference between planets, as astrophysical or
astrological objects, has to be pointed out. Science
recognises only celestial objects for their own, and
separatedly. While true astrology uses each body
(planet, star, constellation, system) as living intelligence and element of a greater globality – each
one with an expanding conscience –, where location, dimension, position and action within the universe are related altogether. Those relations are but
the conscious links at the source of interdependent
energetic actions, translated by the human point of
view throughout ageless wisdom.
The fact that astronomical and astrological positions do not concord is explained by the strong
human mental power that registers the Zodiacal
representation as a fixed circle. But again, true scientific astrology knows that all is moving at all
times, and the precession of equinoxes is helping
fixing the constellations within the universe,
reflecting their true position in our minds as a certain space/time, that opens to more consciousness,
and better understanding of the universal cycles.
Science also works with mind representations and
images. It is the main human possibility to advance
in terms of evolution. To enable working out the
controversy, science must admit that conscience
and wisdom confer many levels of proofs, based on
real observations.
RESULTS
Astrological results enable to preview and prevent
seismic catastrophies with due respect to Mother
Nature’s suddeness. Mathematical calculations
could synthethise both, geophysical and astrological data, in order to find a new model of approaching the prediction of earthquakes. Some scientists
have observed the ionosphere and the amount of
electronic discharge at the right seismic moment.
It is quite interesting, but not enough. We must go
further into the solar system, in a global observation of our space neighbourhood, and accept to
merge all data possible with a wise vision.
A careful energetic analysis of each case must be
done. With a high potential of discrimination,
regarding the interdependence of the energies in
cause. Aiming at the global vision, it may bring us
to seek better understanding of the biosphere’ life
as a living conscious entity, considering that it is
but a part of the solar system, the galactical system,
the universe. All parts are interdependent, energetically. And those linking energies have in common
the astrological science. Why? Astrology is the
only science that synthesize two types of observations: inner and outer. Inner, from the point of view
of the conscious lives within the whole universe.

still have to be studied within the field of the universal conscience.They influence Life as a whole,

start to work together!
In conclusion, we must keep in mind that astrology
is a real science, though the opportunity of forecasting earthquakes is of no evidence for those
who follow the path of ordinary personal and individual prediction. The author is ready to cooperate
with any scientific team, open to go further into
this research, as prevention programme to save
populations, and for the whole one humanity.
