Cross Over Issues
• Dune restoration affecting indigenous vegetation
o Appropriate for Chapter 3 rules to apply
• Areas of high Natural Character that are also Ecological Sites
o Unlikely to be a cross over issue but appropriate for Chapter 3 rules to
apply
• Stream and river maintenance
o Where activity is permitted under Rule 9B.1.6 it would be appropriate for
an exemption to apply from the Chapter 3 rules.
