เ ร็ ว วิชารังสี วิทยาวินิจฉัยก็เป็ นวิชาหนึ่ งซึ่ งมีความก้าวหน้าทั้งเครื่ องมื อด้านเครื่ องเอกซเรย์ รวมทั้งเครื่ อง Computed Tomography , เ ค รื่ อ ง ค ลื่ น เ สี ย ง ค ว า ม ถี่ สู ง ค ลื่ น แ ม่ เ ห ล็ ก ฯ ล ฯ รวมทั้งพัฒนาการในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ทาให้ได้องค์ความรู ้ใหม่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมากมาย ร า ช วิ ท ย า ลั ย รั ง สี แ พ ท ย์ แ ห่ ง ป ร ะ เ ท ศ ไ ท ย คณ ะอนุ กรรมการฝึ กอบรมและส อบ ร่ วมกั บ คณ วิทยาวินิจฉัย ภาควิชารังสี วิทยา ข อ ง ส ถ า บั น นั้ น ๆ ที่แพทยสภามอบหมายให้เป็ นผูร้ ับผิดชอบดูแลการฝึ กอบรมที่ได้รับวุฒิบตั รแสดงความรู ้ความชานาญ ใน ก ารป ระก อบ วิ ช าชี พ เวช ก รรม ส าขารั ง สี วิ ท ยาวิ นิ จฉั ย ห รื อ ส าข ารั ง สี วิ ท ยาทั่ ว ไป โ ด ย ส ถ า บั น ฝึ ก อ บ ร ม ต้ อ ง มี อ า จ าร ย์ ผู ้ ฝึ ก อ บ ร ม แ บ บ เต็ ม เว ล า ไ ม่ น้ อ ย ก ว่ า 5 ค น และอาจารย์ผูใ้ ห้ก ารฝึ กอบรมแบบเต็ม เวลาของสถาบันฝึ กอบรมนั้น จะต้องไม่น้อยกว่าร้ อยละ 50 ข อ ง อ า จ า ร ย์ ผู ้ ใ ห้ ก า ร ฝึ ก อ บ ร ม ก า ห น ด ใ ห้ หั ว ห น้ า ข อ ง ก า ร ฝึ ก อ บ ร ม คื อ หัวหน้าภาควิชาหรื 8.1 ได้รับปริ ญญาแพทยศาสตร์ บณั ฑิตหรื อเทียบเท่าและได้รับอนุญาตให้ทาการประกอบวิชาชีพ เวชกรรมในประเทศไทย 8.2 มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามเกณฑ์แพทยสภาในการเข้ารับการฝึ กอบรมแพทย์เฉพาะทาง 9 จำนวนปี กำรฝึ กอบรม 3 ปี 10 วัตถุประสงค์ 10.1 เข้าใจและมีความรู ้พ้นื ฐานของ Anatomy และ Physiology ในระบบต่างๆ ของร่ างกาย 10.2 เข้าใจและมีความรู ้พ้นื ฐานของ Pathophysiology ของโรคในระบบต่างๆ ของร่ างกาย 10.3 เข้าใจและมีความรู ้พ้นื ฐานของรังสี ที่ใช้ในทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงการป้ องกันอันตรายจาก รังสี ทั้งของบุคลากรและผูป้ ่ วย 10.4 เข้าใจและมีความรู ้พ้นื ฐานทางฟิ สิ กส์ของเครื่ องมือที่ใช้ตรวจทางรังสี วทิ ยาวินิจฉัย 10.5 เข้าใจและมีความรู ้พ้นื ฐานทาง Computer ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 10.6 เข้าใจและมีความรู ้เรื่ องสารทึบรังสี สามารถเลือกใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสมและถูกต้อง รวมถึง สามารถแก้ไขภาวะแทรกซ้อนอันเกิดจากสารทึบรังสี น้ นั ได้ 10.7 สามารถแปลผลการตรวจทางรังสี วทิ ยาวินิจฉัยได้ทุกชนิ ด อันได้แก่ plain radiograph, special x-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound และสามารถให้การวินิจฉัยหรื อวินิจฉัยแยก โรคได้อย่างเหมาะสม 10.8 สามารถทา invasive procedure ทางรังสี วทิ ยาได้ในระดับหนึ่ง เช่น vascular angiography และ nonvascular interventional procedure บางชนิด เช่น percutaneous drainage, percutaneous nephrostomy เป็ นต้น 10.9 สามารถให้คาปรึ กษา และเลือกวิธีการรักษาทางรังสี วทิ ยาได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับโรคและ สภาวะของผูป้ ่ วย และฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ 10.10 สามารถเผยแพร่ ถ่ายทอดความรู ้ทางวิชาการ รวมทั้งสามารถค้นคว้าเพื่อทางานวิจยั ได้ 10.11 ต้องมีทศั นคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพและมีเจตคติที่จะใช้วชิ ารังวิทยาวินิจฉัยให้เป็ นประโยชน์แก่ ประเทศอย่างเหมาะสม 11
