are three main forms of Evolution
1.) Divergent
(most common)
2.) Convergent
3.) Parallel
This is the most common form
of evolution and is the
example that we most often
use to describe it.
Def: One common species separates into
two new species.

Def: Related species evolve similar traits
due to the niche they occupy.
This form of evolution is the
easiest to describe because
you are talking about two
separate species.
Def: Two separate species evolve together
based on their environment.
This happens to more and
more species of animals
everyday.
Can be human caused or
naturally occurring
Def: Where a species cannot adjust to their
environment naturally and the entire
species is wiped out.
