Journal of Pediatric Infection
Çocuk Enfeksiyon Dergisi
Official Journal of the Society of Pediatric Infectious Diseases / Çocuk Enfeksiyon Hastalıkları Derneği Yayın Organı
Preface
We present you the first issue of the year 2015 of the Journal of Pediatric Infection (Çocuk Enfeksiyon Dergisi), the official publication organ of the Society of Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
In this issue, we present an editorial consensus proposal on the National Vaccination Schedule, which was previously used in
our country for healthy children, and on recommended additional vaccines. Since this study considers the epidemiological data
of diseases that can be prevented by vaccines in our country, it presents clear and important information for physicians about
the approach to the application of vaccines other than those in the National Vaccination Schedule, which is also mentioned in
various environments by pediatricians and other physicians dealing with vaccines in our country. This study was prepared considering the proposal offered in our September issue of 2014 (J Pediatr Inf 2014; 8: 1-6.) and also the suggestions of pediatric
infectious disease specialists of our country. We would like to thank all authors and all pediatric infectious disease specialists
for their efforts in this study, which we believe it will be a useful reference for the pediatricians and other physicians dealing with
vaccines.
The Journal of Pediatric Infection (Çocuk Enfeksiyon Dergisi) is currently indexed by EMBASE, SCOPUS, CINAHL, Gale/Cengage Learning, Global Health, CAB Abstracts, EBSCO, Index Copernicus, DOAJ, ProQuest and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Turkish

Pediatric Infection (Çocuk Enfeksiyon Dergisi), we kindly request you to submit your readily available articles or your drafts by
completing for submission to online manuscript submission system (www.ced-online.net) as soon as possible. The submitted
