schedule, cables routing, one line diagrams, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, telephone &
data, public address, IP CCTV, IP clock, Access control, MATV and other systems . This includes
preparation of Design concept, schematic Design, Detailed Design, Shop drawings, calculations,
specifications, priced BOQ, etc.
Manage & Supervise group of electrical design engineers.
Project Manager for assigned projects. This includes collecting stakeholders requirements,
preparation of scope baseline, schedule baseline, cost baseline, project management plan, measuring
performance against the projects constraints ( scope, schedule and cost ), prepare progress & status
reports, issue change requests and ensuring project deliverables are achieved and all objectives are
met .

The Scope of work is a detailed Electrical and Low current design for Pfizer Pharmaceutical factory
in KSA. The factory comprises a production plant, utilities building, warehouse, administration
building, mosque and cafeteria.
The project is joint venture between EGEC and Foster Wheeler International (FWI) .

Cardiac and Orthopedic Hospital, Egypt :
The Scope of work is a detailed Electrical and Low current design for a cardiac & orthopedic 100 bed
hospital.

Office Building, Qatar :
The Project is located in the Energy city of Qatar ( ECQ ), the office building consists of two
basement, ground, Mezzanine and four typical floor. The project is registered to achieve Silver
certificate in LEED . The scope of work is a detailed electrical and low current design.

Jubail Industrial College Support Facilities, KSA :
The project comprises the following :
 6 storey Training center building of total area about 25,275 m2
 2 storey Auditorium of total area about 3,780 m2
 Mosque of total area about 600 m2

workshop drawings for electrical and telecommunication works.
