The undersigned have checked this document against the following Quality Criteria:
1. All of the benefits in the Business Case have been covered.
2. The benefits are measurable and baseline measures have been recorded.
3. Suitable timings for measurement of the benefits have been described, with reasons for
the timing.
4. The skills / individuals required to carry out the measurements have been identified.
5. The effort and cost to undertake the benefits reviews is realistic when compared with the
value of the anticipated benefits.
6. Consideration has been given as to whether any dis-benefits should be measured and
reviewed.
