y ventas) busaca ingeniero senior encargado de la planificación de la distribución. El
candidato ha de tener 7 años de experiencia en distribución y conocimiento de MS
Access y Excel

marketing and sales. Millions of people are wearing their high-quality professional wear through
their numerous brands. They primarily source and manufacture their products in Far East, North
Africa and Eastern Europe, whilst their own production takes place in Central and Northern
Europe.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA:
Together with 2 direct reports, your main roles will be :
" Ensure customer delivery (lead time, quantity) according to defined goals;
" Manage yearly & monthly sales forecast process with high forecast accuracy;
" Closely monitor stock development ;
" Ensure high supplier delivery performance reducing administrative efforts and provide input to

the sourcing department to maximize the supplier interface;
" Optimize goods ordering process to reduce both lead-time and costs;
" Communicate operational information to sales, product development, sourcing and group
supply chain;
" Develop/improve existing delivery reporting according to group requirements, including long
term planning for the different departments;
" Establish and maintain stock management parameters to achieve the agreed delivery quality
with minimum stock level and cost ;
" Active involvement in product life cycle committee meetings to manage product introduction
and phase-out ;
" Develop stock volume and value reporting according to group requirements;
" Budget responsible for planning department costs and stock value.
QUE BUSCAMOS:
" Min. 7 years experience in demand & Supply Planning
" Excellent utilization of MS Access and Excel
" Fluent in English
" Strong mathematical and analytical skills
" Excellent understanding of Sales and purchase flows
" Team management skills
" Result oriented, directive, entrepreneurial spirit
