register as a place where interested and skilled people can volunteer in the sport & physical
activity environment. This information will be held by relevant Volunteer Centres, Local
Authorities, CSW Sport and Educational Institutions as well as relevant members of the Sport
Volunteer Action Group network to enable them to match potential volunteers to your
opportunities. Your opportunity may also appear on the National Volunteering Database on
the Internet, providing nation-wide advertisement to volunteers for your organisation. By
completing this form you are agreeing to these conditions.
