Job ID: 165389 Energy Sector Rotational Graduate Siemens Energy | UK Wide Rotations Siemens are currently recruiting Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering graduates to start employment in October 2014, working in a rotational programme in our Energy sector. The ideal candidates for this role will have a keen interest in energy and the renewable energy market. This is a very exciting opportunity for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduates wanting to gain a unique understanding of our sector. The successful candidates will participate in a rotation programme which will expose them to divisions in the Energy sector over a two year period. Each placement lasts 6 months. As well as an in-house Induction and Career Development Programme, you will take part in the national Siemens Graduate Development Programme. This consists of a series of modules covering the personal skills you will need at this stage in your career. You will be assigned a mentor from within the business who will coach you in developing and working within a complex organisation. You will also receive job specific training and development. Conduct detailed data/information analysis and using these findings, develop and present recommendations to senior management. Independently manage small business improvement projects, using Siemens and industry recognised project management processes. Manage the implementation of new company initiatives and policies Manage and co-ordinate Siemens presence at events such as exhibitions, to ensure the company is represented appropriately. Support the company key account management process and teams Support the development of new opportunities and projects Work as part of the time in outages and other service activities What do I need to qualify for this job? You must be studying towards, or have completed an Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree with a minimum of a 2:2 or above. Ideally you should have some work experience to complement your academic achievements. What are my responsibilities?
