Scientific and technical progress keeps changing the outside world and expands our notion of a Man as an extremely
complex biological system being the Lord of Creation of the Nature evolution. The so-called “computer
diagnostics”, the achievement of the last decade of the XX-th century, is nowadays perhaps the most widely used
method for diagnosing the general state of a body as well as of its separate organs and systems. Complex computer
diagnosing systems (CDS) attract the attention of health professionals, and particularly patients, first of all, by its
comfort, quick results, their variety and colourful presentation, and, to our mind, - which is the most important – by
noninvasive technique. There is no need for a patient to swallow anything: special pills, chalk, bougies, or test
drugs. A patient has no need to needle fingers and veins, take a blood test, to be afraid of blood-poisoning by
dangerous infections and incurable diseases. However, none of the computer diagnosing systems is able to give full
and comprehensive information on the health status of a patient. And it cannot give it in principle. Therefore, it is
necessary to consult either a specialist or to resort to an instrument test of one or other specific organ or a system. As
for a blood test, which one and ALL patients do not like, it has to be taken in 50 diagnostic cases. It is very rarely
that the exact diagnosing is a single-stage; as a rule, it consists of two and more stages.
However, CDS keeps winning the market of medical services with the quick-growing number of tested patients. The
market competition and a simple desire of design engineers to add to versatility and objectivity of their creature are
for the benefit of patients. Each year, at least two new or at least two modernized CDS models appear in the market.
All CDSs, as well as other systems (for example, Voll, Kolbunov, and Nakatani systems), actually measure the
response of organs and systems of a body to external sensory event. As certain stimulating signals, the specialists
apply mechanical and acoustic oscillations from subsonic to supersonic frequencies; high-frequency range electrical
pulses from direct current to millimetric waves; flashes of light of different luminosity and exposure from infrared to
ultraviolet rays, of both coherent (lasers) and polychromatic type. It must be emphasised that as a rule, the power of
stimulating signals is on the lower sensitivity threshold of receptors.
Recent trends are towards increased use of magnetic, electric fields and potentials, as well as their combinations for
receptor stimuli. That is, the stimuli for which a body has no receptors and which act directly on cells of tissues and
liquids. All such diversity of stimulating signals excites sensory organ receptors of a man which generate nervous
impulses and trigger the humoral system of regulation and stabilization of a body homeostasis. Having perceived
and assessed the stimulating action, it is the least of the body preoccupation what response shall be given to CDS.
All central and vegetative nervous systems “are thinking” of other – how to get rid quickly of the stimulating signals
and to get into previous condition. It is just such process is recorded by sensors in measuring the galvanic skin
potential currents, and, ideally – the modulation of galvanic skin potential by currents of internal organs and systems
of a body.
The signals received by sensors are processed in the device by the stored software, compared with the values of the
signals of conditionally or absolutely sane organs and systems stored in CDS memory, and are presented as a
diagnosis or an opinion according to a certain form.
In such diagnosing system, it is not a direct measurement of electric and magnetic potentials that takes place, but a
generalization of their multiple interactions and correlations. Why is it so? Before reaching one or other organ or
system, the signal from receptor and a response to it pass all CNS and VNS, afferent and efferent pathways,
sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of VNS, all parts of brain, including cerebral cortex and visceral brain.
The nervous impulses, before passing this way, are subject to multiple transformations; the same refers to proper
waves radiated by cells and tissues of organs. Therefore, CDSs acting on the “response to external stimulation”
principle are from inception insufficiently veracious by their construction. These inaccuracies are from inception
introduced in their design solutions and operation principle. Besides, the final result of their operation greatly
depends on psycho-emotional state of a patient. But who of us keeps cool entering a doctor’s study, and moreover,
surrendering ourselves to an “uncompromising computer”. The old and safe ultrasonography systems, as well as the
systems with the application of magnetic and electric fields, both for stimuli and received signals, are the most
delicate CDSs out of the available nowadays in Ukraine and more or less accessible to various layers of population
by the cost of the services.
ADVANCED FEATURES OF INFORMATIONAL AND WAVE MEDICINE
Alongside with it, such resonance-field and resonance-wave diagnostics systems are complicated in design and
operation and have a number of special requirements for the premises, as well as serious restrictions on patients’ age
and state of health. “BARS SCC” device, a software-hardware complex developed by “INFORMATIONAL

principle of operation of this medical device is absolutely new: it is a device measuring only proper magnetic and

By way of multiple measurements of potential, excitation speed of nervous receptors of cells of a body organ,
electric potential of cell membranes at certain frequencies (being specific for every organ), as well as the rest
electric parameters of organs and functional systems of a body within the period preset by the medical operator,
“Bars SCC”, upon processing the received information, visualises the functional state of various organs and systems,
points at possible changes in their structure, availability of inflammatory processes, viruses, microbes, helminths,
neoplasms, toxic loads, and various pathologies – with all this being done on a cellular level.
The device offers several modes for display of diagnosing results providing
demonstrativeness and comparison of the received information, the possibility of its all-round

A special mode of display of test results arranges the results of diagnosing organs and systems of a body according

pathologies and neoplasms. Besides, the “DYNAMICS” mode allows simultaneous comparison of diagnosing
results of patients for different periods, as well as to observe dynamics of changes in a body in digital or graphic
display. “Visualization” mode may be used if necessary. At present, “Bars SCC” device is the only device being in
fact the first stage of an objective double-stage instrument diagnostics. Besides, the software-hardware complex
implements the principle of “electronic homeopathy” which allows for influencing a body (“downloading”) and

The invention relates to medicine and medical equipment. The suggested method may be applied for noninvasive
remote detection of functional and organic changes in pre-pathological and pathological processes and their cause
with concrete localization at preclinical and clinical stages, as well as for control of treatment progress. BARS SCC
DEVICE, a complex of spectral correction, consists of reversible sensing electrode for signal reception, audio
processor, functional units for signal wavelet transformation, comparison with reference database and analysis of
wavelet-transformed signal, synchronous modes, visualization, correction and therapy of a body, resulting signal,
feedback, and a reference database. For improvement of diagnostics efficiency of the state of a body and resultsoriented correction therapy, its functional units are in the form of a complex computer program on a hard computer
disk, with a program unit of synchronous modes. Analog-digital transformation of spectral signals from reversible
sensor, and generation in analog form of resulting signal to reversible sensing electrode is effected by audio
processor.

A spectral correction complex “BARS SCC” device utilizes the patented “Method for Identification of Spectral Characteristics of

In case of theoretical study of the lower (resonance-wave) informational level as wave and field oscillations of elementary
particles, their relations and interaction manifest themselves as resonance-wave processes with certain frequency
characteristics nd wave length. Interference of such processes on the follow-up level creates new indices of information
frequencies on the same level. The integrated resonance-wave processes of elementary particle level create spin fields, and
as a result of further interference determine the informational components of each next level. In this case, the level
information in unaffected by informational substrate (either material or non-material), but depends only on the
informational capacity of the level.
Thus, each level has its own frequency, different from others, of auto-oscillations synchronized in the organism into a
single auto-oscillation information-and–frequency process. The informational level interaction results in that every organ
is functioning in a certain frequency range. In upward informational processes, diffraction (frequency scattering) performs
the function of a fine auto-adjustment system.
In the light of informational theory, a pathogenic process in the organism and approaches to its treatment may be

Control is a process directed to elimination of chaos and entropy aimed at enhancement of a system’s functionality and its

system’s ability to transform, in consequence of receipt of information, into one of stable conditions preset by reason of its
organization. Therefore, the information processes in organized systems are connected only with certain degrees of
freedom. The process of information memorization itself shall take place with a certain loss of energy in receptor system
in order that it could be stored in it for a sufficient period and shall not be lost in consequence of heat fluctuations.
It is just here that the microintelligence, which the system was not able to memorize, is transformed into
macrointelligence, which the system memorizes, stores, and futher may transfer to other acceptor systems. Figuratively
speaking, entropy is the measure of plurality of microstates not memorized by the system, whereas macrointelligence is
the measure of plurality of their states of which the system shall remember. Availability of feedback is an important aspect
of control in living systems.
The feedback principle is one of basics of self-control, self-regulation, and self-organization. The process of self-control is
impossible in absence of feedback. With feedback, the object deviations from the preset states form the control actions
which bring the state of an object into the preset one. In other words, feedback is a feedback action of a process results on
its behaviour. A feedback may be positive or negative. With a positive feedback, a process is enhanced by its results. If
results of a process weaken its action, the feedback is said to be negative.
Having included in the list of requirements in choosing the factor for certain informational effect on a man such
characteristics and features as versatility (feedback effect) and maximization (effect with a broad amplitude and frequency
spectrum), one may state that “BARS SCC” software-hardware complexes with a feedback based on changes of electrical
status of BAPs (biologically-active points) fully meet such requirements.

The traditional methods of instrumentation tests of physiological state of a man include electroencephalography,
roentgenography, roentgenoscopy, electrophotography, ultrasound investigation, computer tomography and MR imaging etc. In
the mean time, the new higher-end control and test methods are being efficiently developed. The reason for search of the new
methods lies in the aspiration for the more efficient assessment of the most fine homeostasis processes. For example, correlation
between violation of a body functions and pathology of its separate cells, in particular, blood cells, so far as blood is concerned,
is the established fact. Therefore, any disease of a body changes metabolism in cells with initiation of the processes of functional
restructuring of cells and variation of emission spectra of proper EMF (electromagnetic fields) of cells.
At the same time, such points, zones and areas are non-linear systems in electrophysical interpretation. It means that if EMF is
applied to BAP, or to a reflexogenic zone, a process of EMF interaction with proper EMF of the point, zone, or area takes place.
Such interaction results in modulation of the external EMP at the emission frequency of BAP. Separation of such frequency from
the spectrum of modulated reflected wave and its analysis (amplitude-frequency) give the possibility to obtain the information on
the state of a body and to assess the response to the external action on the body, in particular, in respect of physical fields.
Alongside with it, the power of a cell signal is 10-12 Vt/m2, which considerably decreases the possibility of its direct registration
by the modern radiophysical measurement devices. Therefore, the way out may be only in development and production of new
methods and devices.
A test signal is sent BAT of a certain meridian (j), whereas the information on response of the respective organ or system in taken
from other BAP of this (j) meridians or of the meridians connected with it (j+k, …, N). Besides, frequency , amplitude A and
form Ф of signal vary in test signal in the manual and/or automatic mode. The possibility of synthesis of test signals (via
selection of , A, and Ф parameters) adequate to the signal model with the parameters of a sane person is stipulated. The

Such frequencies were called bio-effective or resonant. The tests with solutions of medicines of various potencies have shown
that various homeopathic substances and their separate potencies have different resonant response to current oscillations in
measurement chain at different frequencies. Thus, the basic resonant frequency of homeopathic substance Aurum metallicum
(gold) was 6.0 Hz, of Belladonna substance – 9.2 Hz, and of Amica substance – 8.3 Hz. The availability of bio-effective
frequencies may be explained by forced or parametric resonance with proper frequencies of microresonators of a body
(molecules, blood corpuscles, cells, membranes and DNA).
Using the biocybernetics approach and radiophysical analogies, one may state that there is the possibility of obtaining
information on the processes in a human body subject to protection of the data transfer channel against interference of measuring
loop elements or therapeutic electrical and/or electromagnetic signals.
The health of a man means harmony and stability of his biological rhythms. It is ensured by harmonic interaction of three
material components of a body – physical, energy, and informational. If a person is sane, such bodies are in the state of dynamic
