Gregory (Greg) Pulliam Vice President, Public Affairs Cloud Peak Energy Resources LLC Greg is responsible for managing and directing all of Cloud Peak’s corporate state/federal government relations, media/communications, and community relations activities. In this capacity, a current particular focus is on advocacy efforts related to increased export terminal capacity in the NW. Greg joined Cloud Peak in August 2012 from Exxon Mobil Corporation, where his last assignment was Public Affairs Manager, ExxonMobil Production Company, Africa/Asia Pacific. In this position, he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets focused on all issues pertaining to both maintaining the license to operate as well as new business generation in approximately 10 countries. Throughout his 13 year career in the Upstream at ExxonMobil, Mr. Pulliam worked in and managed all aspects of public affairs domestic and internationally, holding positions such as Public Affairs Manager, Alaska; Corporate Issue Coordinator—Climate Change; Corporate Integration Manager, Public Affairs Coordinator—Chad/Cameroon Pipeline Project; Development Company Public Affairs Advisor—Europe/Africa. Mr. Pulliam is on the Board of Visitors at University of Oregon, School of Architecture and Allied Arts as well as the University’s Public Policy, Planning and Management Advisory Board. Originally from California, Greg completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, and a Masters of Public Policy from The Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin. By far the most important things in Mr. Pulliam’s life are Madison (10), Elijah (6), his wife Dr. Jennifer Pulliam and enjoying all that the Boulder/Denver area has to offer.
