PROGRAMA
EMENTA
Based on the unprecedented increase in unstructured data generation rate in various fields of human
knowledge, there is a growing need, both from a scientific point of view as well as from a practical point of
view, to extract useful information from these immense volume of data. Data mining is the automatic
discovery process of standards, changes, associations, sequences and anomalies in large data sets. This
course aims to present unstructured data mining techniques based on cognitive computing, and discuss
details of their use and analyze fields of applications where these techniques are used.
