Manager, Global Surgeon Relations
 Manage the nationwide marketing and execution of approximately 15 educational programs quarterly for Health
Care Professionals (HCP) to attend.
 Responsible for booking their travel, hotel, meeting space, meeting meals and transportation.
 Responsible for domestic marketing budget of $400k + annually.
 ROI on events, depending upon type of event, results in minimum of 15% increased sales per attendee
 Manage all requests for contracts, work with legal department to draft agreements, route agreements through
compliance and approval process, manage budget for these expenses and process the consultant invoices for
payment.
 Prepare and responsible for all aspects of surgeon consultant groups’ budget including design development,
general consulting and HCP board panels.
 Liaison for global fellowship grant and charitable requests and support.
 Work with the U.S. sales force to grow and support business through surgeon meetings, product demos, labs,
corporate headquarters and manufacturing sites visitations.
 Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and existing consultant surgeons to ensure their
interactions with Company are well orchestrated whether it’s travel to meetings, presenting on behalf of the
Company or interacting with the sales, marketing, R&D or executive offices.
 Work with marketing teams to train HCPs on new product launches as well as important industry trade meeting
information and events.
 Manage all global HCP consultant requests for contracts, legal approvals and invoicing.
 Plan, coordinate and execute all HCP education programs including cadaveric labs and corporate visits.
 Onsite point of contact for industry trade shows, meetings and labs.
