Thank you for choosing to collaborate UEA:TV! As a society at UEA, we love to
work with other societies/organisations that help to shape and give a voice to
students in and around campus.
To help us create the type of content you want, please fill out the form below in as
much detail as possible.

We recommend a video be around 2-5 minutes, but this is just a guideline.
When would you like the video to be completed?
If your video for a specific event and therefore needs to be publicised before/during that
event?
Does your video cover any sensitive topics?
Do we need to include any trigger warnings etc before the video, for example?
Are you available for a face-to-face meeting?

From start to finish, a video can take anything up to a month to complete.
Therefore, please contact us ASAP with your request.
Members of UEA:TV are student volunteers; there is no obligation for
members to take part in a project. Therefore, a lack of member interest in a
project may mean that it cannot be done (however, this is quite rare).
All videos made by UEA:TV will be posted on the UEATVOfficial YouTube
channel and on the UEA:TV Facebook page.
All videos made by UEA:TV will include its logo and/or ident. This will either
be at the start or end of the video.
There are times during the academic year when members are less likely to be
available, such as Freshers’ Week, Christmas, Easter, exam season and the
summer holidays. If your video needs to be made or uploaded during these
time periods, please get in touch sooner.
If there is any specific branding you would like us to include in the video:
idents, logos, music, etc., please email them to
[email protected] as soon as possible.
