This Course is designed to achieve the following objectives:

To offer perspectives on why and how processes in various industries operate
Course Description
A study of Internet and electronic commerce systems. Emphasis on infrastructure of electronic
commerce online user behavioral differences, marketing on the Internet, online advertisement,
electronic payment systems, strategy and implementation, privacy and security issues, and global
digital economics.

The teaching method will be a combination of lecture, class discussions assigned
topics, and explanation. Individual participation by students in class room is
strongly encourages. The student is expected to read the materials prior to attending
the class.
