Building Pre-Inspection Questionnaire
The EU EPBD (Energy Performance of Buildings Directive) & UK Government (CLG)
requires that existing commercial buildings be inspected for the purposes of energy
assessment, and an Energy Performance Certificate is issued by a qualified energy assessor, to
the building owner.
In order to assist us please complete this questionnaire in order to process your enquiry. This
document is not an instruction to us to proceed; it is an initial assessment form to enable us to
prepare a quotation for you. If you are in possession of building plans, please send a copy to
us.
