To be used when: (1) Requesting approval to play a player UP one Junior or Youth age grade (applies 9th to 14th Grades);
OR (2) requesting approval to play a player DOWN one Junior or Youth age grade (applies 9th to 19th Grades); OR (3)
requesting approval to play Senior Football.
A player cannot play up or down a grade without written approval from NFF.
